This place is terrible. Drive the extra couple of miles and head to another one. On my last visit there, the lady doing the drive-thru prep was wearing gloves but ripped the index finger part off, presumably to text on her phone. I saw another lady preparing the orders bite her fingernail and spit it on the ground. And I think the dood taking the orders was lobotomized. Ask him a question and he spends more time looking at the board behind him than you just did. Pathetic. Oh, by the way, thanks for putting my cole slaw in the box right under the hot a$$ chicken. I really enjoyed eating warm milky cole slaw when I got home.

Worst Serive ever!! Food is ok, but the Service. I am very very Angry!! Why!? Because when I order my food, the white girl who was standing at the cashier just stared at me with a frowning look, that was f*** rude. Then when I ask her how much is total, she looked at me with the " Are you stupid?" face. I honestly dont understand how hard is it to work as a cashier, if you dont like the job GTFO. Their manager is rude too, what the hell is wrong with this place!! Ill never come back again! No body should come here at all!! You will receive horrible service!

I was in the drive-thru, and waiting over 15 mins for my food. If there was a long line, there might be an excuse, but there were only 2 cars in front of me when I got to the restaurant. Service is generally pathetic, as I wanted ice water and the worker who handed me my food told me the water machine behind the counter was broken and gave me a cup of ice rather than going to the front of the store for water.

The service is absolutely is horrible . I brought my own bag and had to pack my own bag. The gentleman who waited on me kept screwing up my order and he wasnt a new employee and my drinks tasted funky. I will definitely re think spending my hard earned dollars here as much as I love KFC. What a disappointment.

No matter who they hire, the place stays effin up orders and taking a ridiculous amount of time to make those orders. Not to mention my food gets crushed in the bag almost every time. Its almost like they put the most fragile and smallest things at the bottom every damn time. They must have horrible management.

I didnt like it because there is an extremely long wait time in order to get your food ready. They also serve items that are not in your type of container. For example of you order a taco bell Fiesta potato then they will serve it to you in a KFC container.

Do not get fried chicken here. It will be cold, rubbery, and squeaky (yes, squeaky) like its been sitting out under a heat lamp all day. I came at 6pm on a Saturday. Would not order again.

When using a KFC coupon, was told it wasnt valid there (valid at all KFC restaurants) then offered me the meal for regular price as a favor. Needless to say this will be my last visit.
