I went to this late last night and it was a nightmare! I've been to ihops thousands of times and I've also been a server for 3 years so I know how things should go. My server accidentally rang me in the wrong thing but I was okay with it because I know it happens. But I then asked the manager if she could change it for me because I was not trying to pay 10 for something I took two bites of. She told me that she WOULDNT take it off but could give me ten percent off... Then she left people standing at the cash register for quite a few minutes while she was in te back talking. Then to make it even worse, she took a phone call at the front of the storw right after and was bitching about one of the servers very loud and i was in plain view of her. The service is good but the female manager at night is the worst I've experienced in my whole life. I see why she works graveyard...

the phone line is always busy when I call in. Literally I tried calling for close to 10mins still a busy signal. They clearly need more than one line. Also when I arrive for my food they almost never give me forks, knives, and last time i had to ask for syrup for my pancakes. WHY? shouldnt it come with my food. The one in arlington,VA where I used to live was by far A LOT BETTER! THIS ONE is below any type of standards. I also had a worker put me on hold for close to 5mins and then hang out on me. I live in Manassas, but I drive to the another one now because this one clearly doesnt care about customer service for customers picking up their meals.

When we first arrived we were not satisfied with our service when ordering. Our waiter was rude and mean. We decided to leave but we decided to make a complaint before so no one else would have to go the experience we did. The manager who we talked to us was so nice and helpful. He told us not to leave and that we did not have to worry that we will receive great customer service which we did. The service afterword was great & we left happy. I was really happy with the way the manger handled the situation & would defiantly come again.

I have never had a bad experience at this IHOP...until today. Their management and their cooks did NOT have their stuff together. We had to send 2 things back, and I saw other tables doing the same. We are not picky or high maintenance. I have never sent anything back before. The manager had NO idea how to run a restaurant, and the cooks were terrible. I honestly felt horrible for the wait staff, who were doing their jobs. Very hesitant to return, at least during that shift.

HORRIBLE HORIBLE we were in there 40minutes and didnt even have our appetizers yet....the place was empty. The waiter forgot to put our order in and when my boyfriend ordered rasberry iced tea he got it wrong twice! both times it was so sweet it was nauseating. The waiter we had didnt wear a nametag and was missing a front tooth. horrible. However, the other two women there were attentive and I would have stayed if we had them.

While visiting family, we stopped in the IHOP in Manassas Mall. Everything was great from the server to the food. The manager stopped by our table several times to see if we were OK and needed anything. It is nice to see that managers take the time to greet their customers. I will be back soon.

Omar & Becky are by far my favorite servers. There are a few other great ones and a few that could improve. Come here regularly on the weekends and rarely a problem. If there is, the manager will solve it for you. Week night service could stand to improve but overall, few complaints.

Great customer service and meal. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the booth was dirty upon arriving. Not extremely dirty but crumbs were everywhere on the seat and the table wasnt wiped too well. Other than that, great experience, especially at 3-4 am

We hit them weekly, usually later at night. Sometimes they are understaffed at these times, which slows things down, but the service is quick and courteous as it can be. The food is good and consistent, and special requests are followed well by the kitchen.

Took them 20 min to even start waiting on us. The staff was very confused as to their stations and we suffered for it. It was late at night and not really busy. Plus my expectations for IHOP is not very high so to fall short is kinda sad.

Staff and management are fantastic. Never had a serious problem. Food is great. I love there harvest grain and nut pancakes. If u should have a problem always ask for management and theyll fix whatever problem you have. Love it here
