I called in a fairly large order of 30 bagels, cream cheese, and 3 box of Joe coffees for a meeting I was hosting this morning. As I treated the group of 30 people who were eager for bagels and coffee we discovered they forgot to package the cream cheese. Thinking this was my fault I called and asked and they said oh you need to take care of that. Excuse me? I called in an order and told you what I wanted - that was the first change. The second was when you rang my card for $90 you might have mentioned that there was no cream cheese and I needed to grab it. The third chance was when I wheeled a large cart out to my vehicle and returned it. Oh and the general manager said eh well you should just come back. Ya man Ill just leave this meeting I am hosting with 30 people and get right on that. This place sucks.

This was the worst einsteins I have ever been to. We waited damn near 30 minutes for our bagel sandwiches and on toasted bagel. The store was not busy in the least, literally not at all. The staff was behind the counter messing around, laughing and teasing each other and not doing ANYTHING productive while they had NOT A SINGLE PERSON with food in their hands. My favorite part of the whole thing was 1) the shift leader came over and her excuse was "sorry guys we got hit really hard." Literally laugh out loud. Ridiculous! The second best was the one staff member who seemed to be being productive was making her own sandwich and proceeeded to then go on break...HAHA!!! I will never return to this location. You guys are absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience ever! Went there and ordered an egg sandwich and locs on a jalapeno cheese bagel and coffee. First off they brought our coffee and my husbands togo cup had whip cream all over it running down the side they couldnt of taken a napkin and wiped it off and i went to take a sip of mine and the lid wasnt on all the way so it got dumped all over my lap. Then it took 15 mins to bring out our food. They messed up the locs becuase they put it on a regular bagel so they didnt even heat up the jalapeno cheese bagel it was cold from the refrigerator. The place wasnt even busy. Maybe 5 people were in there. Never going again!

Awful customer service. Ive had two out of three incredibly horrible customer service here. Wont go back ever again. Sat in an empty line for 10 minutes while waiting to be acknowledged. A guy walked in behind me shortly after and we still sat there together. Waiting to be acknowledged just to be told to go to a different register to wait another 5 minutes. Employees all turned their back to us to pretend we werent there I guess. Ill drive out of my way before wasting time going to this place again. Sad I had time to write this lengthy review while waiting for a bagel!!!

Incredible! Amazing customer service! the gals this morning are such hard workers and I could tell they genuinely cared. We only tried the bagels this morning nothing from the espresso bar however, the bagels were to die for! I tried the cinnamon sugar bagel with regular cream cheese and my hubby got the signature fresh toast bagel. We could tell they were made with love! So delicious! Thank you guys so much it was incredible!!!!

Every single time I go here, the same girl usually handles my order. She had/has pink hair but I dont know her name. She always messes up my order and either forgets an ingredient or gives me a different sandwich entirely. Its pretty annoying. I dont know if the girl is incompetent or just doesnt know how to do her job, but I probably wont come here again because Im paying for something I didnt order. Yall should fix it.

Great service. They forgot to put together a pre order that I was picking up and they recovered better than I have seen most restaurants. They immediately apologized, offered me a drink, and put their whole staff on getting my order together. The person who missed my order also came out and personally apologized to me and took accountability for the mistake. We will definitely keep using Einsteins for our company events.

This location is the worst! Lots of workers, but none seem to have been trained well. Very slow, and they without doubt forget my coffee every time. The man is Im guessing is the manager is not very pleasant, and has mumbled rude things under his breath about the other workers. Not impressed at all. Usually einstiens have the absolute best customer service, so this is clearly the exception.

Einstein Bagels is hit and miss. Sometimes when you go you get amazing service and food. Other times you get below mediocre service. In my experience this is the same for just about every location at all times during the day. This is bc the company keeps their wages super low ....

If you ask to trade the shmear on your sandwich (trade not add) they charge $1.50 making your bagel sandwich a ridiculous $8.99. Quit ripping people off! Also they dont check their fruit cups, rotten strawberries.
