I have been eating Chaps pit beef for about 3 years and was always pleased. Then one day we got a new manager at my job, a short little angry guy with gray hair. Anyway he turned us on to Charcoal Deli which blows Chaps pit beef out of the water. I have eating Charcoal for about 4 months now and everything i get is awesome. Please keep up the good work. Delicious food and they offer free soup while youre waiting, but there are several problems. Theres no online order system, but you still almost have to call and order beforehand because of the second problem, the long wait time. If youre patient and have time to kill Id recommend, but if youre in a hurry you may want to avoid.

If you like waiting for ever, for cold tasteless food this is the place to come ...this place use to be good, now the only good is when you leave it !!!! The service was horrible and the employees just walked around doing nothing, while customers waited !!! ...NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY !!!! GO TO ARBYS !!!!

I love their beef sandwiches, Q wings w/ bleu cheese, mozzarella sticks, and ribs. I cant forget; they also have awesome fries and tasty lemonade! Their burgers look delicious too, but I havent tried any yet. Ill order that next time. I know I wont be disappointed...

I come here just about every day that I work. The fries are really good. The hot dogs are great, and really cheap too. So you can get 2-3 and call it a lunch. The pulled pork was so-so, but I am very picky when it comes to my meat. The turkey was to die for.

The food is honestly great. Its the best BBQ around of the several options. The three stars is because they are always consistently extremely slow. Ive waited 20-30 minutes on multiple occasions. Go for great food, avoid if you dont have the time to waste.

I have been here a few times and it never disappoints. Their food is great and prices are reasonable. There are a few picnic tables to sit at, but its more like a stationary food truck. Always my go to when no one can decide where they want to get lunch.

I really enjoy the meat here however they never give you enough sauce. Last time I ate here the bbq sauce tasted like sweet and sour. It was rather off putting. On top of that we didnt receive any horseradish or onions on our beefs.

Best ribs in town. Cooked on open flame and right in front of you. Never disappointed with ANY of their sandwiches, wings or fries. Amazing food all around. Also recommend their chili dogs.
