Easily the most disgusting fast food place Ive been in. Went at 930, so I cant imagine theyve had a huge rush: food all over the floor, tables unwiped from at least a few meals, and a spill on the floor from their soda machine syrup that looked pretty old. The playground was atrocious. Sticky, smeared with God knows what. My son was looking forward to playing, but we only made it a little while until it got too much for me. Food tastes like it should, but if the seating areas are that bad, the food cant make up for it. Well go to Chick Fila across town.

What happened to this location? Cold food and disgusting cleanliness. First thing I did when I walked in was go to the bathroom. It was so dirty and had the worst smell. Almost killed my appetite. I still ordered (dont know why). Got my food after being helped by a grungy looking employee. Food was cold and bland. Also lobby was filled with at least three homeless people (possibly why it smelled in the bathroom). I dont write reviews unless I have e a really good experience or very poor one. Unfortunately this was a very poor one.

We went to a previous Burger King who said they were out of veggie burgers. So we were actually on our way to Del Taco when we saw this Burger King. The drive-thru line was too long *just* to see if they had veggie burgers, so we went inside. There was no line and they had them! Yay! TWENTY. FIVE. MINUTES. LATER and six customers served who arrived AFTER we did, we finally got our food. Did someone have to run to Walmart to buy them?? Well just go to Del Taco next time were in the neighborhood, which is thankfully not often.

The district manager told a homeless man (who was also a PAYING CUSTOMER), that he couldnt have him sitting in the store all day... this was said loud enough that I along with a store full of other customers could hear. When I spoke up and asked why he couldnt stay if he had purchased a drink, the DM responded "Well, he comes in here everyday." In my opinion he is a loyal customer and they should be welcoming him, since he is giving them business. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Was there 130pm on Sunday and they were out of kids toys or chocolate milk. Our kid accidentally spilled their drink. We went to the counter to let them know so we could get a rag to clean it up. There was nobody at the counter and a worker by the office kept looking at us but never said one word. We stood there for 3 minutes. Poor customer service needless to say they had to clean the drink up themselves instead of me cleaning up after my kids.

Rarely, if ever at all, do you recieve excellent customer service from a fast food restaurant. However, the service at this BK is awesome! Thanks so much for committing to excellence in your service... food is always hot, quick and accurate. It seems like they understand, they arent cooking burgers and fries, theyre preparing meals. For someone with only a few minutes to grab lunch on a daily basis that makes a HUGE difference!

Came through the drive thru and ordered a whopper Jr with cheese, small onion rings and a large drink. I took about 2 bites and there was a piece of paper in my hamburger. I took a picture, called the manager and sent a text with the picture. The manager was very apologetic and said to please come back for a free replacement. Well I dont live to close and Im not sure I can ever eat there at that Burger King again

Its always a hit-and-miss with this place they either go over and Beyond or not at all great with customer service and sometimes they get your food wrong even though youve reconfirmed your order twice but I did have great customer service when the last time I went the gentleman went over and Beyond and I love that every single customer service that takes your debit or credit card ask for your ID to protect me

Very nasty! Food is always cold and the dining room is very dirty, and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Dust around the ketchup dispenser and napkin area, black floors, food in the soda dispenser drain and flies buzzing around your head, and the employees stand around and are never out in the dining room cleaning. Totally gross! Got my money back and left.

About 9:30 PM. Ordered some pretty basic food; chicken patty was burnt, took it back, burnt again.... asked for plain cheeseburgers for the kids, 2 of the 3 came out regular, with everything on it. Ordered 3 plain hot dogs - after 20 mins, we had to check what the deal was. They werent that busy...

Horrible customer service we ordered the angriest Whopper and got a regular Whopper and I call them and the ladies like well what can I do and I said we place our sandwiches and she said I could give you a regular sandwich will never go back there again

They make the kitchen workers work in 100 plus degree temperature and then they want them to make everything fast straight up torture working here i hope the health department gets involved before someone has a heat stroke

I have patronized this location before and after the renovation. Each and every time the service was excellent, as well as the food. This is the first fast food joint that i will give a 5-star rating.

The food here is generally sub par! Fries are almost always cold and old. Their burgers/sandwiches are also often old with dry hard buns. I like Burger King but this particular one isnt all that great.

When you ask for onions and lettuce and dont get it. Or a fork with your cheesecake. Everytime we come here the service sucks, people are rude, slow and smokey and our orders are truly never right.
