The front desk was not nice nor helpful and got my order wrong. When I went to the back to pick up the ice cream the guy seemed annoyed to have to go get my order and then once he did he made me grab all the crates off the dock and load them in my car ( in a dress and heels mind you) while he sat on his phone. I didnt dare tell him he messed up my order and I will certainly never use or recommend them to anyone.

Most common answer from them you will get „I dont know! „ When will you load me / I dont know, Can I back in to this dor? /I dont know, Can I speak with the manager? We have 4 which one? The one that is in charge of the docks / I dont know him.

Great service and very kind folks. We rented an ice cream freezer for a wedding reception and everything worked perfectly. They also give you a free scoop of ice cream when picking up!
