This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. I used to love BR but this place has seriously gone down hill. There were 5 teenage girls working there. None of them had gloves on. They were all touching the cookies and ice cream with their bare hands. They never washed their hands in between customers. The girl in front of me requested that the girl helping her put some gloves on. She put the gloves on for like 2 minutes and then took them off and continued making her food. The entire place was a mess. All tables had melted ice cream on them. There was a line of customers but 5 girls there, 3 working up front and 2 sitting in the back texting and eating ice cream. Someone should have cleaned up the tables and floors. They were pretty gross. It looked like none of them had showered for days. Those girls need to learn about hygiene!! Put some gloves on, wash your hair, be presentable! So gross!

Horrible. The girls there arent friendly, ridiculous. My cake writing I bought clearly said 21.99 and they mustve had bad hand writing that day cause you can clearly see it when I got to check out she said 45.. I was like the cake says 21? She gave me attitude and said uhhh no. So I said is the writing 10 bucks or something?? And she didnt even really talk just kept looking torwards her coworker. Sorry if you had a bad day but dont take it out on your customers little girl. Ive always gone to these kinds of stores and never have been treated so rudely. Ill never return to this location.

Every time Ive come here my order has been corrected and the staff are friendly. It does get a little crowded at times due to being between 2 schools. I have 4 stars due to the lack of more FF yogurt choices...they just have vanilla. The cakes are pricey and prices have changed but I figure cost of employees and rent are a factor.

You cant really screw up ice cream.. So the product was fine. But they almost had as many employees, as customers. Which is probably why its so extensive, and we were there for almost a half hour for a "quick stop" on the way home. Plus I had repeat my order to 3 different people. You know? Because scooping ice cream is group job.

I am just not a fan I guess of BR I would rather go else where for my Ice Cream. I ordered a single dulche de Leche and it was freezer burned. I was unhappy with my selection. My son and husbands were fine... I will just stick with either store bought or other ice cream shops for the price to have freezer burned Ice Cream.

The ice cream has always been great. Unfortunately, the place is usually a mess. The service is fine, but it doesnt seem like the employees like their jobs. I dont recommend eating inside, unless you want to stick to the seats.
