Im from Dayton, OH and just heard about the girl that was shamed, this is national news at this point and I just Pray that the asshat that said what she did say, sees the recognition she has given this girl and realizes, it backfired on her. The girl let it go and good for her for not letting this witch get to her. She deleted her comment because she got so much negative publicity she couldnt take it. I just hope she sees all these supporting comments and realizes shes purely ignorant, and I fear for her kids/grandkids growing up. Nations got your back Justine

Cold stone is the best ice cream shop around! Literally, they scoop your ice cream and smoosh in your "mix-in" against a large cold slab of stone! Its delicious! My recommendation is cake batter ice cream with cookie dough mix-in! This particular shop wasnt too busy and seemed clean. I love that Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has some products in there too! Their caramel apples are the standard against which all others should be rated! Somehow the caramel doesnt slip off the apple! Even after a day outside the fridge!

I love cold stone but the last two times Ive gone to this location the service has been horrible. Not only are they rude, but they Skimp on what they give you. Every other location the ice cream is above the rim, but this location flattens at the rim and throws the rest of the icecream (including mixins) away rather than giving it to the customer. Id rather drive the extra 30 minutes to go to a better location in the future. Dont waste your money at this location.

Really disappointed with the cake I ordered. I asked for specifics with how the decorations and extras on the cake were but they ended up just following the pattern they do with the cakes they put on display. If I wanted a display cake, I would not have came in days prior to order a cake specifically how I wanted it. I didnt have time for them to make me a new one so just had to settle with a plain Jane normal cake. They could have put some effort into it at least.

Great Ice cream. Staff was a bit pushy... and saw some things that violated the food handlers permit thing... small things like wiping gloved hands on clothes then getting ice cream... and bigger things like checking someone out with gloved hands them without changing gloves serving ice cream... Staff are still really nice people. Youngs siblings like to ask for more than one sample... "Just for the little spoons they give you" and they are really nice about it.

I have never been to this location but I would like to say to the young lady,Justine Elwood, the employee who was verbally assaulted by that disgusting woman...Justine, I saw the video and your interview. You are a beautiful young woman. You are not hideous, disgusting nor should you be ashamed. The order was good, but I was APPALLED that the young man who made my order did not use gloves. I ordered a brownie a la coldstone. He placed the brownie in the microwave, and when a peice fell off the napkin he grabbed it with his bare hands to put it back. Then proceeded to touch all the waffle bowls to move them, and then once again used his bare hands to move the brownie to a bowl. I will not be visiting this store again.

I havent actually visited this location but I heard about what happened to one of their employees on the radio. I just wanted to share my support for her. You are a beautiful person and the ugly person who said those things to you should be the one thats ashamed, not you! Awful experience... Went with my husband to have some ice cream because we received a coupon.. Well the employee didnt believe it was valid... Asked for my ID and went to talk to the manager...We felt awful!! Never coming back!! I dont know if they had issues..but that was not my fault...If they cannot trust their clients dont send any coupons in the first place...

Pretty pricey, but very delicious! The staff are also very welcoming and love to show off their little ice cream flips and song voices when they receive tips. I often have trouble finding something new to try as I dont want to spend that amount of money on something I may not enjoy. Luckily they started offering samples of flavors so its become much easier.

To the customer who put a rude review about an employees weight. HOW DARE YOU! You have no right to judge people like that! You have no idea what shes going through! She is beautiful just the way she is! I am overweight and proud of it! Coldstone creamery is the BEST icecream place I have ever been to! Friendly staff and excellent customer service!

Love coldstone ice cream and the rocky mountain chocolates. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that there isnt enough seating inside and no seating outside so youre basically forced to leave with your ice cream if there isnt enough room. Went by on a friday and had to stand outside eating our ice cream in the parking lot.

My Flight instructor is deathly allergic of nuts and he requested his birthday cake not to put nuts in it. However, he got really allergic with his birthday cake today and almost died from Cold stone. If the company cannot take the request, please kindly reject the request but not accepting it and let the customer takes his risk.

I generally like coldstone, but this location is fantastic. It is one of the smallest I have been too, but it manages to have the largest selection of flavors. I havent found amaretto anywhere in years till I went to this location. Also they didnt skimp on the portion size like some locations do.

One of my wifes favorite ice cream shops. Never had any issues at this location, staff has always been friendly and fast. If you looked to come with any amount of frequency its worth it to sign up for their digital newsletter because if all the coupons that will be sent your way.

Im a big fan of Coldstone ice cream. The ice cream is extra creamy and the variety of mix-ins for your ice cream is large. Theres something for everyone here, though the price is higher than at other ice cream shops. Still worth it, though!

Pretty much my favorite ice cream place ever! The ice cream is SO smooth and creamy and the mix-ins are great. Not a big fan of the waffle bowls though because of their flavor, but theyre not a necessary part of the experience anyway.

Have not been to Cold Stone in ages. Came in on at 3:23 on a Monday afternoon, there were two people working and a crowd of about 40 people. After waiting for 15 minutes and not having the line move AT ALL we went elsewhere.

Love this place. Staff have good suggestions and are good with alternative and odd requests. It can sometimes be a wait but they are good with all there customers so I would wait for good service any day.
