The pie has always had good pizza at any location. The Midvale location is no different, they just happen to come up short on the customer service side of things. Worst of all is their delivery radius. The farthest north I was told they delivered was 4700 south and 400 west. Couple of issues come to mind. #1 4700 south turns into 4500 south about that far and when I told the stoner I talked to on the phone about this he acted like I was the stupid one. #2 4500 south and 400 west doesnt even have any houses or anything to deliver to. Unless youre ordering a pizza from the Conoco, Texaco, chevron, Wendys or Lowes. I live off 4500 South and not even quite 700 west and I was told this was too far. I am literally 1 short traffic light away from 400 west. So theyll deliver to several gas stations, a fast food place, and a home improvement store, but will not deliver to the first set of houses and apartments 1 traffic light away. Completely ludicrous. Because of this I will never eat at the Midvale location ever again. Fix your delivery policy to include homes and apartments instead of businesses and maybe well talk. Sincerely, Bitterly not delivered to.

The Pie was one of my favorite pizza places in college. Now they have more locations and happily gluten free options. They have managed to preserve the atmosphere of the original at this location. A dark kind of dive bar with great music playing. They always had a great beer selection and still do. The pizza is great. It isnt as greasy as I remember which is a bad thing in my mind. Maybe this is just the gluten free option which is what we had. We had the pineapple ham pizza and the gluten free cheese bread sticks. Both were great the bread stick come with marinara and ranch sauce for dipping. I prefer the marinara. The ham and pineapple pizza was good the pineapple could be a bit sweater. Overall a great place to get some pizza.

Im not a pizza snob by any stretch of the imagination. With that being said, I ordered one giant cheese only pizza and two caesar salads for four adults, at a cost of $39. The two salads had wet soggy lettuce. The pizza had very little (almost non-existent) sauce. It was greasy. To sum it up, it was basically one giant slab of tasteless cheese. I was able to choke down two slices before relenting to the my bodys internal signs to STOP ingesting this food. The entire next day, I felt slightly nauseous, and continued to taste the pizza, as if my stomach was unable to digest the previous nights dinner. My advice... steer clear of this place, and keep on driving. A frozen grocery store Tombstone pizza is a better option.

Now this is the closest location to me but any location will do because THE PIE is always the best pizza at any of there location, although I do love the ambiance at the University location. For me its like choosing The Pie compared to other garbage pizza places is like choosing between Long John Silvers and Market Street Grill. If you want pizza that you can taste the quality then choose the PIE. This pizza is like a crazy heavy metal rock concert in your mouth compared to the typical one-man band side show freak those other large chains attempt to force down your "mouth hole". I have never been disappointed by THE PIE in quality. Try the tabasco pepperoni jezus its good !!!

Ive come to this location for 3 years now. The food is good, runs heavy on cheese and toppings. Youll have to ask for Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. They have an amazing ranch and the salads are always crisp and fresh. It gets busy on weekends and seating is limited, but thats part of the charm. You can write on the walls if you bring a silver sharpie marker! There is a viewing window for curios patrons to watch the magic happen, they hand stretch the dough and even toss it in the air to the delight of onlookers. You can get beer, soda and juice to drink. They have an in-house root beer thats pretty tasty too!

My husband and I ordered a pizza for dinner and we were told it would be 30-40 minutes. No problem, you guys are always fast. I guess tonight was the exception. We waited an extra 30 minutes on top of the 40 minute delivery window. We received no calls from either the driver nor the store and I finally had to call and cancel. When I did call, I was told the driver was on his way but we didnt want a cold soggy pizza and wanted to be refunded. No apology, no offer for a free pizza or anything since the store messed up. Im sad to say this one incident has ruined The Pie for my husband I probably for good.

Its a shame to see such a good restaurant be run by a group of such incompetent people! We called in an order for cheese pull-aparts for carry out and were given a 20 minute wait estimate. Showing up 25 minutes later we paid the bill and were told by Alex that it would be another 3 to 5 minutes on our order. This process went on for the next 40+ minutes during which we were told multiple times that our order was almost up. The Pie has great food, but honestly, you should at least go to a different location if not a different pizza chain all together.

My work orders from this location quite often, and I can never get enough of it, whether is just cheese pizza, or the bbq chicken cilantro...to the veggie, they are all good, the pizza is kind of expensive, but its way more worth it than any other pizza place, even if you are paying almost double, you get real cheeses, fresh crust, and fresh ingredients, no canned mushrooms here, If you have never tried the pie i suggest you start at the location up at the U (underground one) for the real experience, but most of their locations are just as good.

I have been an advocate of this pizza joint, in all locations, for a long time now. Even suggested it to visitors and family members travelling into town. However, I got a Buffalo Ranch pizza the other day and could not have been more disappointed. There was absolutely no sauce on this pizza making the chicken very dry. I ate half of a piece and threw the rest of the pizza away. I love The Pie but, this made me so sad. The cheese pull-a-parts are very very good though!

This without a doubt the best pizza in Utah. The pizza is literally mouthwatering and stacked high with fresh toppings. The dough and sauce they use put the competition to shame and combined with a diverse menu if options makes this a great place. The decor and ambience is very much the college throwback hangout vibe and they often have live music. My favorite pizza is the Stromboli and The Pie Combo but honestly you just cant go wrong here!

I am furious! This "family establishment" has some black and white comic strips posted on their wall that my minor child saw that shows an older man under the covers in bed saying "oh no" With a girl next to the bed getting dressed saying "sure it was my first time, Im only 14 after all" I HAVE NO WORDS FOR HOW ANGRY AND UPSET I AM!!!! What exactly are they promoting!?!?! The comic seems clear! Deplorable!!!!
