Walked in, waited for service (no big deal, not long). Theres a fly on the mac and cheese. (It happens, no big deal). Guy from the back comes out to refill the chicken noodle soup ~45 sec later. He sees the fly, waves it off. I say, half-jokingly, you might wanna scoop that chunk out. He looks at me, makes eye contact, finishes his job, walks away. I told the guy taking my order nevermind, and waited for the manager to finish her phone call. She didnt seem phased by my report, but hopefully someone will be. Thats really gross, and really unprofessional that he basically ignored my concern for sanitary reasons. Sad, because I used to enjoy this location.

A fairly decent place to have lunch since the serve time is pretty quick. I believe the Rotisserie Chicken is what this place is mostly known for. The chicken is really tasty and there a bunch of sides you can order. There is wide range of things to choose from such as chicken pot pie and pork ribs. They have combos which give you chicken and your choice of sides. I believe that they have around 8 different sides.

This restaurant is a little bit rundown and the owners dont seem to be doing much of the upkeep. Most of the seats are worn out and some seats just sink down to the bottom while others dont. Seems like it needs a paint job on both the inside and outside. Employees are friendly and the food is pretty good.

I like this boston market. The food is very consistent, its clean and the workers are nice. Last time I visited, they had a very rude manager who argued with a lady over runny mac and cheese. The mac and cheese does get over cooked and too soft. But they did not believe her. Not worth the hassle.

The food is slop. The seats arent cleaned, the creamed spinach looked like something my cat threw up, and the roast beef just looks so sad. Some of the meat tastes like it was roasted yesterday. The service was also horrible even though we were the only ones there.

The service is always good at this location and the food is what you expect it to be. I do wish that they would not have changed their portion sizes so drastically though. They are very stingy with their mac and cheese to my sons irritation.

Poor service, they took forever to take my order, I was the only one there, and they all looked miserable and had a unacceptable attitude. Went home and realized I was missing the cornbread. How do you have 6+ workers and mess up.

I visited this location right before the Christmas holiday, and it wasnt as busy as I expected. The quality of the food was great, and the portion sizes were more than adequate. Initial service was ok...could have been better.

Why do they always have to burn the outside of the meatloaf? I like Boston Market as it is different than the other places that you can get a quick bite. Dont mind paying extra for good food.. Friendly staff too.

Prices could be a tad bit cheaper but the food is fresh and served to your table. They also took away all trash cans as they dont want you to clean up after yourself.
