So we ordered 3 cheeseburgers with no lettuce, a taco salad, a ranch burger with 1 small fry and 1 large fry. The cheeseburgers had lettuce on them, we dont have the large fry, and the taco salad is actually done right, got 2 napkins and we were NOT the only ones with messed up orders. I called to say that they screwed up because the teenagers where literally playing around and the night manager doesnt know how to take an order apparently. The night manager said that I was screaming at him when I actually was not. You have lost our business. Good job. Maybe if you had more training for the teenagers, we would be able to have our orders correctly and warm.

I wish I could leave negative stars because this place was horrible. I thought it was suppose to be fast food but it took them 30 minutes to get our order to us and there was only one person in front of us. They decided to serve another giant group that came in after us instead of preparing our meal. One we got home they gave us two less fries than we had ordered. That place needs to hire people that know what they are doing.

Great service here on all levels. The urgency and awareness that they supply all their guests with is amazing. They communicate with you if there is ever anything wrong and go above expectations to make sure everyone leaves happy. New management does wonderful and the atmosphere is much like the comfort one from home would get.

Fast service, good food, but it was like no one was there. There was someone to take out order, but then they basically disappeared off to the drive thru. We didnt need anything, and we were the only ones there, and it was kind-of creepy. Still good food and great service.

I have been going here for just a few months and I am way impressed with the food, the service and accuracy I will always come back. I usually get the awesome chicken strips, but this time I had the best pastrami burger ever, I give it a 10 ! Andy P

Ordered the new cake donut shake, it was over mixed, no donut topped like the picture. Donut tasted stale. Had a large chunk at bottom , too hard to eat. Daughter got a cookie dough version , large frozen chunk at bottom , too hard for mixer to mix?

I grew up in this restaurant and it has never disappointed me, the food is never over/undercooked, always delivered fast and the tables clean. However they are always out of frysauce. Is it really that good? I prefer the ranch myself. Im so fat.

We came here one night with our family and John the night manager (i assume night manager) went out of his way to make it a good time. Guy deserves a raise. He went above and beyond, especially for a fast food restaurant.

The food is great but Tori the manager is very rude to her employees fired someone for putting in her two weeks notice and didnt let her do the two weeks that is a sueable deal they would be very lucky she doesnt sue

Waited 20 minutes for food with one car ahead of me. Not fast, mediocre, cheap food. Drive the extra 5 minutes and spend the extra couple dollars to go somewhere worthwhile.
