I went to this restaurant tonight, after a long evening of work. Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive. She did have to inform us that, after 30 minutes of waiting for our food, the cooks had accidently dropped one of our burgers on the floor. We were fine with the situation and the wait for a new burger to be made. When our food finally came out, the burger that wasnt remade had sat and gotten cold. The burger was sent back and reheated, not remade. After it was delivered to our table, three cooks stood watching me eat. Had it not been for our waitress assuring me that nothing had been done to my food, other than it being reheated, I would NOT have eaten my dinner. The way they were staring, I was terrified they had tainted my food in some way. This was NOT an enjoyable experience and after talking to the "manager", I am still not satisfied. The manager had the nerve to sarcastically ask us if we would be back tomorrow. When we asked for what, he replied "a free dinner" with a smirk. We paid for our food in full and had no intention of asking for a "free dinner". I am completely appalled by the lack of professionalism from everyone at this restaurant with the exception of our waitress!!!

I always enjoy the food here but the last few times Ive eaten here the wait staff got more friendly than I like with my young children. There has hardly ever been a wait for us to eat although the line to pay can get a bit long at times. Overall I would say great food but the staff the last 3 time I ate here(at night) just made me uncomfortable. I will give it some time and try it again.

Took over 10 minutes to get our drink order & they were not busy. Then another 35 to get our food which came out cold. As we ordered our food we told the waitress it was my granddaughters 4th birthday, she said they sang Happy Birthday at the end of our meal & she would get an ice cream. NEVER HAPPENED! Couldnt ask because she ignored the table just dropped the bill & gone.

It is way to hot inside!!! Waitress was terrible no Ive in my tea like to have never got some ice. Charged us for two hot chocolates that we did not order said she put them on our ticket instead of our drinks, and the only drink we had ordered was tea. The hot chocolate was $2.69 each and we had ordered one tea and everyone else drank water.

Worst service by a manager Ive ever had, the eggs was over cooked, sent them back twice and finally got them back when I had finished rest of meal so I refused to pay for them and the manager wouldnt take but .99 off of bill. The eggs would of cost 2.19. If I ordered them. Very cheap ass manager and I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE

First I found hair on my french toast, then I found hair scrambled in my eggs. I go to the store the following day for a refund and the manager, Salem, told me that I should have checked my food before I left. I actually did check my food, but I wasnt looking for hair in between my 2 toast and within my eggs. I am disgusted.

We go there a lot around midnight. The food is always great, service is better when miss Virginia is there. Than when some of the other management. Over all normally good experience.

i was charged 6.95 per waffle at ihop and i am very upset. it had nothing on it, it was a plain waffle that i could of made myself for $4 .
