Hands down 5 star food and service. We came in today with free char burger coupons to try it out. We ended up getting a bbq bacon char, fries and ice cream cones as well. The staff was incredible! They would periodically walk the floor and ask what they could take off our hands or if there was anything else they could get us that we were in need of, from napkins to more fries (which they ended up doing just that). Needless to say, out of all of the burger joints we have been to: In N Out, SmashBurger, Astro burger, Red Robin just to name a few - it is the best place we have been to for burgers! We were treated better than we do by the staff walking the floors than when we go to a sit down and leave a tip. Highly recommend the food and service!

First time trying this hamburger restaurant in Salt Lake City. Asked the manager if their onion rings were good. He said if they were not, I could get my meal for free. Of course, the onion rings were awesome! Ate a double burger with avocado and mushrooms, with a sourdough bun. It was excellent! Shared some fries with a friend and they were light and crispy. Polished it off with a chocolate malkin that was extra think. Yes I was a glutton tonight. Andeas, the General Manager, was amazingly friendly and accommodating. He treated us like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant! Im a fan of the Habit burger grill and wish they had locations in Arizona!

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. The chocolate malt is amazing. The man at the counter asked if I had been there before and when I said no he gave me a paper menu to read instead of the wall menu because it had more detail. I waited 5-10 minutes for my food which is reasonable since I watched them make it. The lady who gave it to me made sure I had all the sauce I needed and suggested the homemade ranch to go with the sweet potato fries.

Usually good but this location has a cashier that closes his ears and opens his mouth. Not hearing anything we said. Ordered sandwich with tomatoes ONLY.. then was asked if I wanted grilled or raw onions... Shhhheeesh doesnt tomatoes ONLY mean NO onions. He is very rude as well.. Wife turned to ask me a question and she was interrupted by.. EXCUSE ME SO YOU WANT THIS AND THAT! He needs to STFU AND LISTEN then maybe taking orders wouldnt be so hard for him. And his accuracy would improve as well in turn.

We did an online order for the first time there to save some time waiting in the line, but when we arrived it took more than 10 minutes than estimated time and someone who walked in got their order before us. Not only that we had asked for an online order with a burger with no tomatoes, they gave us tomatoes. Of course the burger was great but they if they could read an online order it would make it taste better.

Definitely "Habit" forming! My very first experience at any Habit Burger location, and it was exceptional. i have to agree with "E-Rock Christopher" when it comes to the manager at this location. it wasnt aware that it was my first experience and still provided great customer service! I prefer the thicker burgers, over the size they serve. However, Ill definitely visit again anytime that Im in Utah!

My husband really likes this place. I dont. Everything is too salty. The burger is not a good texture. Like the meat is fake. Its kind of slimy. So is the chicken. Unfortunately Ill be forced to go back again and again...because my husband likes it. Thanks a lot Habit for putting a strain on my relationship.

Ive never had a bad burger at the habit. I love the chicken salad and lettuce wrapped chicken sandwich. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and is located in a convenient location. The parking can get tight during lunch, but not a factor when deciding on a tasty burger and fries.

Burgers are excellent. The service I received from Emanuel was ironically for a burger place really good. I would have expected the level of service provided to be that of a high end restaurant. Simple menu that helps make decisions quicker. Also, never outdoor patio seating.

Prices are a little high here for what they serve. The food is ok, nothing to go head over heels for. All I could eat were fries because I cant have gluten. But my wife liked the hamburger. She also agreed that the food or the visit was enough to justify coming back anytime soon.

Today was my 1st ever. Best burger place in SLC. The restaurant was absolutely clean, the staff was kind & knowledgeable. Even the girl taking out the trash had a smile. It was very impressive to get a bunless Santa Barbara burger & have no grease. Great job. I will be back.

While I was filling up my drinks, someone who I believe was the manager asked me how my day was while he was restocking. We had a nice conversation and it made me want to return due to the genuine friendly service. Not to mention the food was delicious. I will be back!

This place is great! First off, the food is amazing. Im not a burger person, but Ill go to the Habit and get a char burger pretty frequently. The staff is friendly and personable, especially Emanuel, who greets me by name whenever I come in.

Delicious and fast food that doesnt taste like fast food. I love the avocado add-on thats hard to find at similar grills and restaurants, and especially love the tempura green beans! Lots of unique options, and great food at a good price.

Its good food but they got my order wrong I asked for no pickle or onion and didnt give me milk for the kids meal and their fry sauce is gross with the hot sauce. Otherwise it good and the people are nice

Wow! The service was excellent and the food exceptional. The Teriyaki Char was better than Red Robin and a far better price. Chocolate Malt was perfect and Sweet Potato Fries delicious.
