This is my first time Im compelled to write a negative review of anything, and here it is... The staff are perpetually STONED... Ive been to this place on a number of times and my experience was always the same. The person taking your order cannot understand more than one word at a time. I gave three instructions for my burger: All the way, with added Onions and Jalapenos. I received a burger with Onions and Jalapenos... Also, the person giving me the order, he had two order numbers, he called them both out. As I was closest, I told him the number.., nothing... I repeated my number.., nothing. A third time.., he hands me a bag.., the wrong bag. I repeat my number twice more, enunciating each time. Finally, he snaps to, and slowly gets me the other bag. Also, the burger kinda sucked (dry and flavorless). How can you screw up bacon? The Cajun frys are good though.

Ive never had five guys burgers so I wanted to try them out, well I can say that it was the most Ive payed for such a disgusting meal. I ordered fries and they were really soggy and less than half of the little box was full, as for my burger, I ordered an extra well done burger and when I got home to eat it, it was still bleeding! seriously, its not that hard to make a burger well done, and to add on top of that, after 2 bites, I found a really long black hair in my burger. This place is disgusting, dont waste your time or money.

This was some of the worst service Id had in a long time. I went there around 8:45 tonight and the second I waked in I was welcomed with an employee rolling his eyes at us. Next same guy takes our order and has a dumb smirk on his face. After I order I wait for my food when he called my number he said it one time and quietly and then just slid my food across the table and he walked away. As we walked out I said great service and a kid there flipped me off. Great job guys.

We love Five Guys, but this location sepcifically has let us down two times in a row. #1 we take our food to go and after we arrived home, BOTH of our burgers were smashed and deformed and they messed up on the order. #2 we order 2 reg fries, and recieve what equates to smalls. Now, we did arrive about an hour or so before close, but that shouldnt have effected anything. Well be visiting another location from now on. Hopefully they dont disappoint as well.

Ive been eating here for quite a few months (always loved five guys) but lately things have changed. Got a burger, in a lettuce wrap, and when i opened it i was super disappointed. I could have been eating a soggy burger salad. The meat was totally bland and it barely had any of the toppings. Compared to my new favorite burger joint, The Habit, it was terrible and over priced.

Ok burger experience in conclusion. positive: 1) the peanuts which you can enjoy on the house, 2) less greasy burger than other fast food in my opinion negatives: 1) i asked for a topping twice, the person who took the order said it will be there, but the young was not there, 2) probably slightly over priced compare to other fast food chain

The girl at the register has been really rude and has never said thank you. I keep giving this place chances but so far I have found a nasty hair in fries and have had my order messed up nearly every single time Ive eaten there. I assume this location is poorly managed as I dont have this problem at other 5 Guys estaurants.

Around 6pm 11/16/16 my son and I ordered food to the tune of $30 dollars waited 20 min after ordering and finally got are food ! very poorly managed looked like a bunch of high school kids running around like chickens with there heads cut off !!!! very very poorly managed !!!!!

Very plain and overpriced burger. Dining room was disgusting and I was really put off how unprofessional the employees were. They were throwing food off the floor and over the counter at each other. Were laughing and goofing off the whole time. Music was also unbearably loud.

What a joke! Came home, missing burgers not once but twice, shakes wrong, used to be awesome not anymore! By the time you go back and retrieve missing burgers everything else is cold. No we are sorry, just oh well. Will not give them a third try. Shivers is right next door!

Called to order take out. Was told that there was one order before me and to hold. Phone was just set down so I could hear the worker take 4 orders and must have forgotten about me. I called back 4 times and no one would pick up the phone.....frustrating.

4/5 - I cant say that 5 Guys is absolutely the best burger, but for the price, burger size and choices in toppings, there isnt much better for upscale fast food burgers anywhere nearby. They keep the store clean, and service is typically pretty good.

Giving two stars because the dining room was FILTHY!! Every table was sticky, dirty and just plain disgusting. The music is always so loud that you cant hear your number. The food was great, but the disgusting dining room ruined my visit.

Super good burger and the fries were great. This was our first time having them and ended up with way too many fries, and would have been good with the junior burger (1 patty rather than the regular 2). Glad we stopped and got lunch.

Came just before close. Got a couple burgers and fries with Cajun on the side. Got home and had no Cajun on the side or on the fries. I guess the teenage employees were too busy joking with their friends to get my order right.

Five guys makes good burgers, this location is small but I got served on time and with the correct order. If you havent eaten here, its one of my favorite chains.
