Good was great. You get a lot of good for $10. I got the all American 2 eggs, hashbrown, 3 bacon strips, ham slice, 3 pancakes coffee and a water. I would of gave it more stars but the service sucked. As I was seated I notice I was getting ignored. I seen my sever take other peoples order. I flagged down a different server. As she brought me a menu and she took my drink order. Then my server came over after 15 min and she brought me my drinks. She is a blond with tattoos cacassion and glasses. She then took my order. I got it fairly quick. In the middle of my meal I ran out of coffee and water. I flagged down my server She said she would get it to me. It took her 8 min to bring me my coffee and no water. I was already done with my breakfast when she brought me my coffee. Then she said she was sorry for ignoring me because the manger had her doing other things. I dont know what the place was fairly empty. It took anoth 15 min for her to pick up my bill. Again poor customer service. I did tip her because I was raised to be nice at all cost. I wont be coming back to this location again.

Decided to try something new for breakfast, saw this place and decided to stop in. Atmosphere seemed decent, and there was a line. We got seated and served some drinks which didnt taste right at all like they had used the same spigot for a different type of soda so it made the dt coke taste very bad. I ordered a skillet, which unexpectedly was served on a plate, and apparently had not spent any considerable time in an actual skillet. The veggies were basically raw, perhaps we could rename it a breakfast salad? Over med eggs were over easy, common mistake, but from a place that primarily does breakfast this is a skill that I wouldve expected to be mastered. The pancakes were average at best....guys, its IN YOUR NAME, these things should be stand out good, especially with a Dennys a stones throw away. My wifes crepes were literally crepes with jam in them. Come on that is sad for the cost. On the bright side, my kids had no complaints. Lastly, your chairs are horribly uncomfortable.

Great breakfast food. Usually pretty busy so expect to wait for a table. Reason for awarding only 3 stars is because last time I visited, the service wasnt great and eggs came out undercooked. UPDATE: Food is still good (bell peppers were still crispy and undercooked), but service had gotten WAY worse! I had a call in order so I assumed it would be a quick transaction. Wrong! I waiting 10 minutes to get my food that was sitting there getting cold. There were multiple parties waiting and at least three tables of various sizes only needing bussed to seat customers, while some employees were just standing around. The gentleman behind me was told the wait would be 35-40 minutes!! Of course he was annoyed with the fact tables were empty. Although the food is good, I would avoid eating here unless youre okay with waiting and having poor service.

This is a modern and sexy version of the pancake houses we all grew up with. The menu is overwhelming but for sure they do pancakes and they do them well. You generally get a small stack of them on the side of whatever you order so dont be shy about going savory, youll still get a little sweet. The breakfast special was a south of the border concoction and was amazing. I chose the breakfast burrito option and it was bigger than some large cats! Crazy portions here so expect to have a second meal later with leftovers. Black beans, great sauces and a side of pumpkin pancakes, you couldnt make my day any better. The omelettes seem to be more than a 3 egg so expect a large serving. Friendly service and hot fresh food. All around A-OK by me.

This is so hard to write this negative review. The food is delicious and I LOVE that they have gluten free pancakes that taste like normal pancakes. However the service is BEYOND ridiculous. I understand a wait to get a table when it is busy and that service will be a bit slower than normal. That does not excuse 10 minutes for the server to take our drink order (and food order at the same time) then another 40 minutes to get our food. During that time, our coffee was filled only once. This is simple breakfast food, pancakes and eggs, not even a well-done steak takes that long. An hour and 30 minutes (excluding the 20 minute wait at the door) for some pancakes is just not worth it, no matter how good they are.

This place has by far some of the best food ever. Dozens upon dozens of options, priced reasonably, with very sizeable portions - you definitely get what you pay for. The pumpkin pancakes are flawless, and one of their signature dishes, The Dutch Baby, is to die for - its my go-to every time I visit. Ive yet to have a bad service experience, too. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful, and on top of things; even if you go in close to closing time. They always want to make sure you have a good time, even if it means they cant leave right at closing time. I would, will, and do recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone looking for a fantastic meal.

This place has the worst service I have ever seen. I dont ask for much in regards to service, but having water and coffee cups filled at a breakfast place is something that is a must. I hardly saw our waitress, she forgot part of the order and had to be reminded of it. Not only that, but when I did get the toast they gave me the end piece. Never have I seen that. Seriously, who the hell does that? Go anywhere else but here. Absolutely awful. Im five minutes away from here, and Ill gladly drive the distance to go to Over the Counter Café instead.

Great food. However....WAY TOO CROWDED. We were seated next to two different groups on both sides...With very very little space. Really, I only had 15 inches between me and the people on both sides of me. Absolutely the worst seating in a restaurant I have ever experienced. I heard every conversation that I really didnt want to hear. I couldnt help but hear all about the travels and trevails of people I dont know. Ugh. Really, not sure if I expressed this...But just in case... I HATED the seating setup of this restaurant.

Wasnt that great. Had a gift card but it was bought at a different location and apparently their systems arent connected. It took them a call to the other location that it was bought at and quite some time to find out how much was on the card and how to use it. Not sure why this place has so much hype. The food doesnt have much taste. The service is slow. It wasnt too busy either. I guess some people are just easily duped into believing a chain restaurant is just so good, even though it obviously isnt.

This is my first visit. The food was good. I had the Pigs in a Blanket and my son had the Georgia Pecan Pancakes. The portions were generous, but not unappetizingly gut busting like some places. The Pancakes seemed like they were substantive, and were not super fluffy and soft, heartier than most. The wood beam rafters and large wood ceiling fans gave a rustic feel. Was full, but we were seated within three minutes and served promptly. Table and restrooms were clean. Will be back.
