We usually really like this taco time and scaddys. However, the last two times we have come the food has been fairly terrible. I got a crisp bean burrito and it was burnt, it had obviously been broken and then cooked and they burnt it. It was gross... Couldnt eat more than a bite or two. Yesterday we got three chicken nugget kids meals with tots and chocolate milk. The chocolate milks were beige colored. They still tasted like regular milk with a hint of chocolate. The nuggets were all burnt or cooked twice. I suspect they were cooked twice honestly. Their tots were soggy. We got a Casita burrito that tasted very off. I have no idea what was wrong. We get these all the time too. We also had stuffed mexi fries and they had obviously been cooked twice. They were nasty. We also werent given the ranch that is supposed to come with these. We got a mushroom and Swiss and that was gross. The bread was smashed and soggy. And again.. It just didnt taste right. I dont know if theyve hired new people or what but man they are off their game lately.

Scaddys menu/food is good. Taco Time is par to any other location. Service is never good. The employees never know what to do or how to do it. We went in today for shakes. The person (in a very rude manner) says: "we dont have ice cream on Mondays." That would have been good to know while I waited in line for ten minutes painfully watching the people in front of me trying to get an order in. At the very least a sign that states that their menu (I mean, there is a huge menu for ice cream taking up a WHOLE wall) is contingent upon certain terms and conditions.

I know it always looks better in the commercials, but seriously folks it wasnt really all that great. If youre up for a plane taco and some potatoes it will fill your tummy and thats about it. Its a good deal for the money I guess. The place was a little bit dirty, but I can say that the employee that took my money was friendly enough. Personally I would totally recommend Taco Bell before Taco Time simply for the fact that you always know what youre going to get at Taco Bell and its a decent amount of food for a good price.

I love eating here! The staff is awesome! Theyre friendly and willing to help! They have a huge selection of shake add ins! Their scones are the best! If you are looking for the best fried chicken strips this is the place to go! They always taste fresh and are super delicious! Especially their signature Scaddys Sauce! That is what makes everything here worth it! I will definitely come here again!

I Visited this location today for lunch. There were literally dozens and dozens of flies in the restaurant. I talk to the manager about the issue and she just seemed annoyed. I ask her if she cared about the customer experience and her answer was "no I dont" If you like tacos and flies this is the place to go

They really need to look at upgrading the speaker system and drive thru microphone. Order basically had to be retaken, while I was trying my best to speak loud and clear to them. I mean, its not the person workings fault, but its still frustrating.

I usually dont do reviews but I waited in Drive up for 20 min for 2 tacos and a coke. Almost $7. she asked if I wanted sauce I said mild. Got home and no sauce. So I got a Coke and two plain tacos for $7.

After a 20 minute wait in the drive-through I came home and found out that they screwed up my order, I ordered two big Juan burritos and five crispy tacos and they gave me four bean burritos. #fail

Scattys Burgers are good. Service was a little slow. they did overcharge me, oh well it happens. Will hit it up again but I will make sure not to pay extra. LOL. happens to the best of us.

They can be a bit slow sometimes but not much beats a crisp bean burrito from Taco Time! Ive tried the other stuff on the menu a few times and have never been disappointed.

I like the Scaddys burgers and fries. The shakes are good and a good value, but occasionally the shakes are made with milk that tastes a bit sour.
