Ive eaten at tons of wingstops across the country and all have been quality food with nice locations and for the most part good customer service. This one however is none of the above. First visit after opening and already seemed dirty and run down. Also had strong chemical smell from nail salon next door to the point of concern for health. Wings had little sauce and employees seemed disinterested. Thought maybe it was just new opening pains so just tried again a couple months later. Online order and when I walked in the cashier didnt even know it came through so was stuck waiting another 20 min. She had no concern and offered nothing for inconvenience. Chemical smell still heavy as soon as you enter. HQ should really check this location and decide if it is representative of their franchise.

Waited 1hour and 30 mins for a 6 piece and 10 piece combo. When I finally got my order my fries were extremely burnt and hard. Had them to recook my fries and yet again they were hard and black as coal. I finally said forget my fries just give me the wings. Upon looking at my wings noticed they were dipped in the wrong sauce .While I was waiting I observed 5 customers come back in because the crew had their order wrong. Never coming back again.

Wings and fries are great and the lunch special is a pretty good deal. One of the drawbacks is the smell from the nail salon next door that permeates the whole space, so I would recommend getting your food to-go. Also the sweet tea is not homemade, unlike other locations, so dont expect that. Despite those things, its still a great and reliable location for good wings in Montgomery.

They dont know how to cook l got lemon pepper wings yesterday they were so burnt and dry and the lemon pepper sauce was so bad I am not going over there no more to waste my money. Also the owner need to change the staff young kids working they even dont know how to cook. Wings need to be soft and juicy I wasted my $15 not no more.

Wings are good. However, today we ordered online for a 1:15 lunch order. Arrived at 1:05, food sitting on the counter. It was so cold! They must have cooked it when we placed the order at 12:00 and had it sitting there the whole time! 01/28/2017, Sitting here waiting on my order, havent seen one employee crack a smile, yet!

The wings are ok I wasnt leaping for joy the fries are good and I like the fact that they give you a big cup of ranch dressing the people that were there very friendly the price I paid is way too expensive for six wings fries and a drink Ive been to other wing places had better wings for 4 and less money

I tried this place a week ago. Its the worst service because they are unattentive and they forget orders. The wings are horribly dry with hardly any sauce on them. The fries taste sweet with some horrible seasoning. The best part of this place was the strawberry fanta. I will never go there again.

First time eating here wings were too dry and they Dont use gloves the cook was handling raw chicken with his bare hands. When I asked if they used gloves or not I was informed that they didnt because the grease kills the germs anyway.

Way better than any other wing place in town! Big, juicy wings & cooked fresh to order. Only down side you only get free ranch or blue cheese with a combo, it cost like .75 a cup. The wings are so worth it though! #Delicious
