We came in and waited about 5 minutes to be sat down and it wasnt even busy at all. when we finally got seated we waited another 10 minutes for the waitress (cosset) to even talk to us. We gave her our drink orders and she brought those out and we told her we needed another minute to decide on food. Then she just disappeared. We waited 20 minutes and had to get the attention of another girl. And she took our order and then didnt even put it in. Another half hour later our waitress finally showed up and said "sorry your order didnt quite get put in were having problems with the computers, can I take your order again?" Thats when we all had enough because there was not a single problem ringing in the drinks and printing that ticket out to give to us as we were leaving. We then asked for the manager and described everything and he was just as inept as the waitress. Needless to say, I wont ever be going to this location again.

Once we got sat at out table, our waitress Sarah was already seeming to have attitude, she asked what wed like to drink, and brought our drinks out, we took another 5 minutes to decide what we would like to eat, but Sarah took an extra 10 or so minutes before even checking if we were ready. When I was trying to order my food, she told me they couldnt and didnt have what I was asking for, she sat there looking at us like we were mental. She went and asked a manager, and the manager came out to ask what was the problem, we told her and she fixed the problem. That was the last time we saw the waitress Sarah for the rest of the night she had another waitress take care of us the rest of the night. And the food was not satisfying at all, worst serivice. Coco took care of us the rest of the night and did a fanominal job!

We come here very often, basically every week for almost two years. Id say they are wonderful about 95% of the time. Occasionally a bad waitress or extra long wait for sub-par food but those instances really are rare. Food is surprisingly consistent and most of the staff are kind and attentive. Weve come with huge groups (12-17) on Saturday or Sunday morning, just me and my husband late on a weeknight, and everywhere in between. They seem to handle the weekend rush the best with sufficient staffing so all the tables are open and the food doesnt take too long. Weekday at about 8pm was the worst, only two families in the restaurant and food still took forever. But again, bad visits are rare. This place has still earned their 5 stars from me.

Ok, the food was fine aside from the paper thin bacon. Anyway, I got the breakfast sampler as it was the cheapest thing I could find on the menu, and it was just under $10. Then I added orange juice. Its $3.00 price per glass was not listed in the menu. A bit expensive, but then my waitress comes by and asks me if I want another orange juice. Ok, I am thinking free refills. This is why the price was so much for the OJ. When I get the ticket, I was charged $6.00 just for my juice! At that price I am thinking it should have included a shot of alcohol. I felt like I had been robed as I was leaving. My total bill was just under $20. That is for one person choosing the cheapest item on the menu. Not a good value at all. I do not plan to return.

If the staff cared more about their customers I could upgrade them from completely uncaring to simply inept. Who the hell puts wheat flour in their egg dishes? IHOP does. My boss loves to meet at IHOP. I cant have anything with gluten. Omelettes are naturally gluten free except at IHOP. THE big problem is that they dont tell you. Took getting sick 3x to figure it out and then threaten the asst manager to confirm the chains wheat fetish. I have never seen an order delivered in under 25 minutes and then thrown on the table by teenagers who acted like they were doing community service and not serving willingly. Avoid like the plague. The only positive is that the ice water is good.

Slowest service every time we visit! Theres only one staff member who hosts and waits tables. We keep coming back hoping for a better experience, but we see the same problems! We wait 5 mins standing at the entry area for the host to seat us. Then we wait 15 mins to be asked what we want to drink. Then we wait 30 mins to be asked what we want to eat. Then after 45 mins, we finally get our food. During this excruciating painful wait, we see lots of folks walk in, wait forever to be seated and then just give up and leave without ever seeing an employee. I have no idea whats going on with this place. Poor management and staffing is my guess.

Probably the time of day but still incredibly mediocre. Server took forever to get to us to take a drink order and even longer for the food. A burger and a breakfast plate was ordered. Breakfast was cold and they missed giving me the pancakes that was supposed to be with my order. The food took so long the server forgot we hadnt got our food yet and asked if she could get us anything else before then check. Bacon didnt even seem cooked in anyway which was surprising they couldnt give it any attention given that I ordered an extra side. All in all I I havent died from the experience yet so it still served a purpose I guess.

Our server was Gideon. Hes really great and friendly and quick! He did everything right. I love this location for its cleanliness and yumminess! I forgot how big the servings are! And kids eat free during certain times! Genius. We had the mint chocolate hot chocolate, chocolate milk, chicken fajita omlette, red potato wedges, grain&nut pancakes, Colorado omelette, sour dough toast, and NY strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Everything was delicious and amazing and made perfectly. Props to the chef there! We had to bring home some leftovers in a box. This is our go to ihop for our family. :)

With other breakfast competitors like "The Original Pancake House" riding up, IHOP needs to step up their game. We waited for 50 minutes for our food. Once the food arrived its was presented at cold temperature. After the first few bites I lost my appetite because of the poor quality. Shortly after, a family member had to leave to bathroom and went home sick. I hardly write reviews and dont like to complain, but since my experience was so poor I felt compelled to do so. Do yourself a favor and go to a real breakfast food restaurant.

Had a great experience this last time. I asked for my hash browns to be nice and crispy, and they were perfect and delicious. The over easy eggs were done, but still nice and runny so that they paired beautifully with the hash browns. The sausage links were not too done, and tasty. Even the english muffin was toasted right - no burned spots, but toasted well. Our server was very nice and attentive. And that was on Christmas Eve about 8:00!!! So yes, I can recommend this IHOP because of my most recent experience.
