Love the bagels. Hate the service. Cashier/manager Lee was very rude about a coupon I was trying to use. I come to this location on a frequent basis Sundays, after church and have never experienced a negative attitude. I was trying to use a coupon with implications of 1 transaction per customer per coupon displayed per smartphone. I had 2 teenagers with me each with their own payment method and coupon on thier individual phone yet this employee was pushing back on ringing up the transaction based only on the fact that we came in as a group, which has nothing to do with the coupon regulations! This coupon simply stated: 1 coupon per customer, which is what we were doing. This employee needs further coaching on his lack of customer service and training on coupons transactions. Lee was so rude and walked away, saying to have someone else ring up the rest of the orders.

This Einstein Bagels consistently makes some of the nicest, freshest bagels of any of their sister (or even competitions) stores. When the hispanic lady is working in the back (Rosa or something?) you know they will always be stocked up and fresh. Always very friendly service here. Ill admit that when Rosa (I think?) is not working, they tend to have a harder time keeping up with demand, and theyre often out of bagels. Big kudos to this store in general, especially with their weekend crew that assists us frequently.

Absolutely horrible. Worst Einstein I have been to. Had hardly any bagels out. Figured they were done cooking after 3. Tried handing me over dough. I could roll it in a ball. Sat and waited for more to cook. They pul it out and in ten min. And said to give it 30 minutes to dry out. Hello? It takes 20 minutes to change it from soggy. Cant believe this business. Horrible.

What a disappointment. Einsteins has great breakfast sandwiches, but its not worth it when you dont get what you ordered and the people taking your order are rude. We ordered our food togo, got on the road, I ordered a 2 egg Turkey sausage bagel sandwich, I got a 1 egg bacon sandwich. They were not busy at all so there really is no excuse.

The bagels always good and fresh, in the other hand the manager or supervisor attitude was terrible, the guy its not able to handle the line and to keep the shelf stock with the different kind of flavor this company offers. Good for buzz but bad for customer retention. The one in South Jordan way better.

Nice people here and decently fast. Came in the morning when it was pretty busy for them and it took maybe 15-20 minutes for me to get 3 huge things of coffee. Pretty good experience here, nothing above and beyond, but they definitely do serve in a timely manner.

The food is good, but the quality control leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered 2 bagels, and when they called my name they gave my food to another customer, and then ran out of both bagels i ordered. Definitely wont be visiting this location for a while.

Usually out of anything you go in there for, and the employees are completely unwilling to help. They should close at 2 if they are out of everything by then. No wonder there arent many locations with this low level of service.

I love the atmosphere of this einsteins. Its got a nice outdoor area and good sized indoor area. The people are always friendly and the service and food has always been good. We go here a couple times a month!

These bagles are some of the best I have had and you can get them as a sand witch. One of the last beagle places left in utah since the recession hit. It is a little pricey though.
