They got my drive thru order wrong and when I called to let them know the female manager just said Hmmm. Not Im sorry or "I apologize" , just Hmmm. Really??? Then she ended up hanging up on me when I asked why no apology. She was flippant and insincere. This is the closet location to my house and I come here frequently for breakfast. No more!!! If there was less than 1 star I would have left that. It hasnt seemed that busy there lately... maybe they have offended more than just me. They need a new manager.

I love Burger King, it is my absolute favorite burger place, but for some odd reason this particular store cant get its stuff together. No consistency whatsoever in condiment quantity or placement, 9 times out of 10 the lettuce is either totally wilted or practically non-existent, fries lack cooking and salt consistency, the coke tastes watered-down, and Ive gotten sick every other visit. Guess Ill have to drive a few miles out of my way to another location until they bring this store up to caliber.

The wait here is unusually long even with only one car in the drive thru. We ordered a croissanwich and it came on a biscuit. They exchanged without an issue but I still had to return and walk in and wait even longer. No offer to add anything, not that I wanted anything more, just the offer. As is the case with most fast food restaurants way too much horsing around in talking between employees. Its good to be comfortable and enjoy work however not when it interferes with customer service.

And to make this particular BK a true winner, their TV is locked on Fox News. I once ask them to temporarily change to so we could watch the end of a USA Qualify Match for the World Cup. No go, they will not change it. The only upside is the wifi. If youve got a couple of minutes to work, crab a crioisandwich a coke, put in some headphones with your back to the tube, and youre set.

This is a fast food place. With that in mind, this location had quick, friendly, efficient service. I was greeted with a smile, my order was accurate, and they even made a modification to the order AFTER I completed it. This is all I expect from a fast food joint, so I think they deserve all five stars! Ill be stopping here again. Thanks, Burger King!

First of all, they had no biscuits during breakfast. So I ordered a muffin sandwich instead. After waiting 10 minutes to finally get my sandwich IT WAS COLD. Like, freezing cold. They didnt let it thaw completely or something. WORST location ever. DO NOT go to this Burger King unless you want freezing cold food and terrible service.

I ordered my meal at the drive thru, I paid for my food and asked the manager if she could please throw away this empty can of coke (because I had nowhere to put my drink). She said, "its not my ******* job". Real classy Burger King. I didnt know its such an inconvenience for someone to throw away one empty can...

Definitely the worst Burger King I have been to in my life. The service is so horrible and the fries are ALWAYS cold. Me and my wife live right down the street from it and we drive to Layton because I dont want to waste our money going to this Burger King.

Lack luster crew that doesnt really care. Food is cold and they often make order mistakes. I dont see how you get diet coke out of coke? The other one has an extra word in front of it. So either they dont speak English or theyre just lazy.

As burger kings go, this one is just fine! Ive been several times and havent been disappointed in the food or the service! Theyve even tried accommodating when we were avoiding certain allergens! Id recommend the chicken fries!

Just got a number 11 tender grilled chicken sandwich from this location. There was a lot of tendons in the sandwich that had me spitting out chucks of the meat. :-( I hope I just got a bad piece and they are not all like that.
