I have been to this location about 5 times now sense I have moved to the area. They are by far the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever used. I really like Pizza Hut. I even worked there as a driver back in the late 90s and early 00s. I am really easygoing so the fact I am this pissed off about a place to write a review should be disturbing. So first off I wanted some chicken wings, and had a craving one night so I bought a bunch of wings for me and my 2 boys. they came and delivered my 16 wings and my 2 pizzas. it was good. and so good in fact I was ready for more the next night. so I ordered the same exact order. I got boneless chicken wings this time. So that really pissed me off as I ordered the exact same thing as the night before. Its really not even close to the same thing, and really ruined my meal. So I didnt want to order again for a couple weeks, but I decided I wanted to try again. I went online to order and again I was in the mood for wings. I couldnt get the website to put wings on my order. so I called them and they said "hh sorry we are out of wings" so REALLY out of wings?? why not be out of PIZZA?? so I didnt order. Then I was again in another mood for some wings a couple weeks later. So this time I decided to just put the order in and go pick it up. So I got wings and pizza. I placed the order about 15 minutes before I left to get there. When I arrived I noticed the cool screen that shows your name and that you called in and when your order will be ready or if its ready. So I went to the counter and I saw that my food was saying ready. So I sat and waited and waited and waited. finally someone decided to break away from their important gossiping to come help me. so when they did come and help me. maybe 5 minutes later. They told me they would check. the guy that helped me was all confused. which was weird because the board had like my name and that was it as completed. so he went in the back and they talked again and came back out to the front and told me. "There was a problem with your order, so we are going to make it again" I was so pissed. but I was nice and said ok thanks, and went on. so after about another 20 minutes they finally got my food and I was on my way. I did make sure before I left that all my food was correct. and it was. The other thing about this visit that made me really feel bad was they just didnt care at all that I was sitting there that long. almost an hour, for a order I called in and was supposed to be ready when I got there. No one came out to talk to me, or ask me if I needed anything, or if they were hurrying or have a coupon. or anything. But nope they ignored me pretty much the whole time except to be inconvenienced by me and give me my food when it was ready. Then that brings me to last nights order. So again I am in the mood for wings. so I go online and I cant get wings again online, so I call and of course they dont have any wings. (I mean why would they have something that was on their menu???) So again I was disappointed but my kids wanted pizza and I didnt want to go anywhere. so I ordered some pizza and pasta. So the food got there, and I must be just plain dumb because I didnt check the pizza with the delivery guy like I should be at this point with all the #$%ups. But I didnt and as soon as I opened up my pizza I had a freaking Hawaiian. I ordered a ham and chicken and black olive pizza and I got a ham and pineapple. I am just so pissed off at Pizza Hut right now I cant stand it. I think who runs this location should really take a look at themselves and see if they really even care about their job or their company or their customers. Its just sad and pathetic and I would fire them if I was their boss.

This barely pulled 4 stars with me. The only reason why it got 4 stars instead of 2 or 3 is because I just barely returned from this particular Pizza Hut, and the people were exceptionally nice and thoughtful. Other experiences have been less satisfying, but still above average. I typically order for pizza to be delivered, which is a big factor when considering a pizza joint. During dinner time, lunch time, etc, they typically quote a delivery time between 45 minutes to an hour. Thats a long time for a guy who remembers the "30 minute" promise of other Pizza Delivery companies. However, with few exceptions, they almost always beat their promised delivery date by 10 or 15 minutes. Their delivery staff is friendly. Out of a couple of dozen deliveries, theyve forgotten items in my order once, although they did offer to run back and get it. The pizza itself usually depends on how long it takes for delivery, but is usually pretty decent. It microwaves up pretty well. Their prices seem pretty expensive to me, but theyre comparable to most other Pizza places of its type. Overall, Id recommend this Pizza Hut for a decent pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Four out of Five Stars.

I have had bad experiences in the past with this location and did not patronage them for over a year. That is until they had there 10 dollar pizza deal. Once again this pizza location has failed me again. I ordered my pizza online and went to pick it up. The manager Brad tried to find my order and could not find it. He then asked for my phone number that corresponded to the order. He then found that the order had already been picked up by me or someone that used my last name (trust me it is a common last name). I then asked how is that possible, dont they check an id, email address, phone number, even my first name. He then said rudely that all you need is the last name to get someones pizza. He then said so do you want to order another one or what? Like I want to order another pizza and wait 20 minutes for your screw up. Save yourself some time and go to The Pie, Papa johns, Dominoes or even another Pizza Hut location.

I called the phone number that sent me to the call center,they sent me to the wrong location who changed my delivery order to pick up because it was not in there territory to deliver to my house which took an hour before I called to have them tell me that happened. When they reordered my pizzas to the correct store that store took an hour to deliver them to us, they where warm but hard from sitting under the heat lamps for so long and for a 20% discount for all the hassle not worth it. Not happy with them I guess next time dominos pizza it is. This never happened in other states.

So I ordered a pizza online and chose this location on the stores website for a takeout order. When I went to Google Maps to pull up the location I saw the terrible reviews this location had and was terrified. We had ordered light sauce with different toppings on each half of the pizza and 2 other items...I had little hope that my pizza would turn out edible and on time after reading these reviews. I can say that my personal experience with this location is far from what the reviews describe here. The pizza was perfect and ready when the website said it would be.
