There are times when you feel compelled to wright a review to protect people that you are concerned for their well being. This is one of those times. I visited the location on 2450 South Redwood Road in Salt Lake City, Utah on 11/13/13 and ordered the Crunchwrap Combo pack. There were the classic issues that I have found to expect. In the burrito supreme, I was unable to enjoy the item do to the items in the burrito spaced incorrectly. I never love getting a mouthful of sour cream. This however has come to be the expectation for Taco Bell as a whole. The true issue was the Crunchwrap. It had a 2 inch hole in the tortilla allowing its contents to press out. The disparaging thing was that it was grilled like this and provided to me. It begs me to ask the simple question "If this is acceptable, what else is?" This location is also a KFC and deals with meat that could, if not cooked properly cause severe illness and that is my concern. When I brought this issue to the Manager, who happened to be the owner he thought that I had torn the tortilla and removed the portion that was missing. It was only after a detailed examination that he accepted the ineptitude of his staff. His only words were I can give you your money back or make you a new one. I requested the new Crunchwrap and received the product. He did offer me the money for the Crunchwrap which I declined. I will not accept something that is not due. I pay for my lunch and have the simple expectation that it be made correctly. I have stopped and at this time have no intention to be a customer for this location.

If you can go to another location instead of this one, do it! The employees are a bunch of high school kids who dont know how to put together a simple order of chicken. I asked for mac & cheese and got coleslaw. I asked for an assortment of chicken (crispy, original, and grilled) and instead I got all original. I ordered a soft taco from the connecting Taco Bell and I didnt get any taco. If you go through the drive-thru make sure to double-check your order before you get out of the parking lot. Dont make my mistake and drive home before you check the order. It is more than worth it to drive an extra 5 minutes to go to another KFC location.

Super slow service on top of having to wait another 15-20mins for them to cook food. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos and I basically got a tortilla wrapped up in itself with next to no beans or cheese in it. My only reason for coming to this location is it because my job is right down the street I get 20mins on break and still make it back late going through the drive thru waste of time and money. You get more food for your buck at 7-11 across the street. This location also doesnt serve breakfast.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional run chain-owned restaurant in the city. Manager and employees are impolite and rude. Seem like kids who dont want to work there works there. They answer drive up with, "What you want..." or after you are done giving order, its "You done..." They take forever to get meals out, this is the worse KFC in town. Called manager because chicken is undercook and they called me a liar. Will never go to this location ever again.

The staff are terrible!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service DO NOT COME HERE!! They always mess up on our order, then they argue about it and claim Im wrong that they messed up and ask for the receipt and ask for the food back. Not worth the hassle. Never returning to this location. The staff are smart asses and are very rude. They need to get it together.

Avoid this location at all costs if you can help it. I never get my order right, (the one thing I can count on) and calling the service poor would be all to kind. I go here every now and then for a fast lunch when I dont have a lot of time and I think enough disappointments are in the bag so I can safely say this place has got to be the worst in the valley.

I dont know why I expected anything more from these idiots. I ordered two of the same burritos, they gave me no lettuce on one and then no guac on the other. They look like they were dipped in water. Its not that hard to work at Taco Bell. And then Im sure they complain about pay haha you dumbasses.

First off we found hair in our food and when informing management they replaced food with an attitude. And received the food was not made the we ordered it. Again they had attitude. Bad service all around, food was horrible and customer service was the worst.

Food takes about 20 minutes to get from the kitchen to the guest, food is served without a tray when they have an entire stack of trays waiting to be used. Food was cold, horrible experience; someone please shut this facility down!

They had one cashier who barely spoke English at the busiest time of day, lunch. I had an easy order but they made it wrong. Place was definitely understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Not ever going back here.

Very slow, was told they didnt have what i ordered after already waiting 20 minutes for it. And my lunch breaks are only 30 min so I had to get a refund and go hungry that day. Would recommend else where

Service was terrible it took 35 minutes to get our food, mind you it was 2 $5 boxes. All the people that came after us kept getting their orders and yet we still waited.

A friend and myself have visited lunch for chicken and tacos on several occasions. Service is always great and food is as expected. After all it is fast food.

This is really convenient because it is a Taco Bell and a KFC! It is within walking distance from my work. Super good food and affordable too.
