I love Firehouse Subs and have been daisies with their service until I walked into this location. Steve G. Took my order and I always get a Turkey and Cranberry in a white sub. Received a wheat Turkey and Cramberry sandwich instead. It is the first time at Firehouse that they got my order wrong. When I explained to Steve that my order was wrong, he said he needed to charge me more and he will make another sandwich. I kept the order and left unpleasant. This was not the kind of customer service I was expecting.

Employees are good at building rapport, take the time to get to know customers, and know what youre going to order if youre a regular here. Also they have clean scented restrooms unlike most places and they have a wide selection of drinks here.

Staff was friendly & enthusiastic. I ordered a cheese steak. It was bland & the only flavor it had was the salt I put on it. Ill never order that again. Will I ever go there again? Sure.

The sub was good I had the steak and. Cheese but the green pepper wasnt cooked properly and it took like 10 mins to make. But other then that. It was good
