Now Im not one to complain but this was by far the worst fast food resturaunt experience of my life. They had the windows exposing the sun at full blast and turned the AC off. It was so hot I was sweating my buns off. I could see the workers who were cooking the food sweating in the food. I told an employee I was hot and all she did was agree with me and did nothing to resolve the issue. The seats and tables were dirty not to mention the chunk of goo rubbed all over the sink in the womens restroom. The restroom even displayed a sign that said "we clean or restrooms every 30 mins..." like what a joke. I couldnt eat there again, I strongly discourage eating at taco bell on river view.

One time getting your order messed up I figure its a fluke two times I figure I just caught them at a busy time three & four & five Im like ok there is a problem. Management was friendly and said they would get it fixed. When it happened again I said ill never go back. Incompitent in their way of handling customer complaints and getting service fixed.

Having worked at Taco Bell for a few years, I san say that this location is pretty much on point! My food is always correct and gets to me hot and fresh and in a timely manner! The management does a really great job with everythings and the employees are efficient, not always friendly but efficient. Kudos to the staff and keep up the great work.

Never seen so many orders go to the wrong people at once, had to be 3 people that got the wrong order in a row and charged for someone elses order! Love spending 10 minutes waiting in a drive through to get to go inside to wait another 10 minutes inside to get a simple order made and refunded the money I was charged for someone elses order

This review isnt fair because this place really does have some good people working for them, but others... My god these people are dumb and spiteful. There is this one woman who always works the window that has a super snobby attitude always, doesnt fail and my order is typically screwed up and under portioned when she is there..

I frequently visit different Taco Bell stores. Its been a lot of years since the last time it seemed they cheated on ingredients. But comon, no meat at all? And after one month you have not got the message. Lesson learned. No more taco bell. Thanks.

Nice place to get a quick bite to eat but the tables are extremely messy. Hopefully next time they will be a little cleaner. Over all though, very casual and quiet. I did like that aspect and the food has always been enjoyable.

Not really that great a Taco Bell, but countering the 1 star review of the person who claims it doesnt exist. Its in Mesa Riverview, right near the McDs, Chick-fil-A and IHOP. You cant really miss it if your eyes are open.

This location drive thru is EXTREMELY SLOW!! Please do not come here if your lunch break is less than an hour. Every single time I come here service is SLLLLOOOOOOOW.. all the women just drag their feet. !

Standard Tacobell, new style building, clean, service was fast, but due to location, drive thru can be busy. The drive thru can make eating in parking a mess, blocking you in or out.
