This place is a mess lately. Last three trips in a row not to mention sporadically over the last 10 visits my order is screwed up. I always add Kale and most of the time they dont put it in and then lie about it. I know what it should look like. Tonight was the worst. They said they put it in, then the girl who actually made it said maybe she forgot and would add it. Then every drink I took had big nasty chunks of green not even blended. These things arent cheap. Just give me what I pay for without an attitude.

If I could give negative score I would. Such horrible customer service. Was ignored for the first five minutes, then it took 20 minutes for me and my son to get 2 drinks. And the funny part was there was only one other customer in there ahead of us. I will never go to jamba juice again because of this experience. Thanks for ruining it for me. Just to be clear it wasnt the product that ruined it it was the staff.

I love Jamba Juice, and I love the people that work at this location. However, they have had NUMEROUS problems with their carrot machine, which is very frustrating when all one wants is a power-size, fresh carrot juice. Lately its been "working" but renders a thick, pulpy, CHUNKY mess. The staff all work hard and are very friendly and excellent servers, but the owner really should replace that carrot machine.

Nice staff but the smoothies always taste like theyre made wrong. Either not blended enough or its like a juice rather than a smoothie. Last time I visited my mom ordered a peanut butter mood and it tasted like there wasnt even any chocolate! Gross. I used to work at jamba and it seems like the employees are just being lazy about following ingrediants.

I love the staff here, theyre absolutely amazing! I go here a couple times a week nd they always get my order right, are always beyond helpful, always happy to get me in and out (or apologize if theyre busy). I wish it wasnt such a small location, but I wouldnt change it. I can always sit outside on a nice day nd enjoy a fresh fruit bowl from here.

Arrived at 7:50 to get a couple of Smoothies on a Sunday. Store hours online and on door say 8 P.M. Place was completely empty already. I do not care what time they close, but at least update it online. We could have gone to two other locations. We will go to the Guadalupe location instead on Sundays from now on.

Ricky and Wyatt were great! We thought this location closed at 9 so we got there about 8:05, and we asked if they were closed and they said they could still serve us! Me and my boyfriend got one energy bowl and three smoothies and they were really flexible! I hope they get rewarded for this great customer service :)

Although the staff was friendly, the way things are run is very unoganized. When I arrived, at least 10 people were waiting to get their drinks, I waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothies and several times while I was there people that arrived after me were served their drinks.

Great place, and amazing people!! Always nice to come here and enjoy a cold treat! I love theyre goodness garuantie! (If you dont like your smoothie theyll remake it for you or make you a completely different one) so dont be scared to try something new!! GREAT PLACE

Awesome place. The employees are very nice and friendly. They let you know if youre not satisfied with your drink they will make you another one. Also, if you dont like a certain fruit or vegetable, you can substitute it with another one. I Love it!!

I came in and the 2 ladies stopped their cleaning to help me and ask me about what I wanted/needed. They made it quickly, were super friendly and immediately got back to cleaning! They were working hard and stopped immediately to help me. =)

The service always seems really slow, but I get my drinks pretty fast since all I order is juice. The store is also really small which can get really crowded when you have 10 people waiting on drinks.

Friendly staff - I walked into Jamba juice 4 minutes before closing time and Ricky and Jose were still willing to make me a smoothie. KUDOS to Ricky & Jose for their great customer service!!!

Update your store hours. Says 9pm online, but says 8pm when you get there. Employees gave me a dumb look when I tried opening the locked doors. Will never return to this establishment.
