45 minutes for order of eggs. Could see waitress station they 7 orders in red after waiting 45 minutes. Manager was busing tables that didnt need bused instead of helping or managing cooks. Waitresses were not following up on tables to apologize instead they were standing at window talking loud enough so that everyone in the place could hear them. Then the register goes down and line backs up all the up infront of eat in counter. Nice time.

We were seated immediately since the restaurant was almost empty. The few people that came in after us got their food way before we did. When our food finally arrived We were very disappointed, it did not taste fresh. We had to go ask for drink refills and when the bill came for just the 6 of us she had put the wrong people on my bill. Needless to say we will NOT be visiting this restaurant again.

This is the worst service that I ever had at Bob Evans ordered our food and after 40 minutes we still did not have it ask for refills on my water twice and was like I was totally ignored wont ever go back had to ask for Rolls after he took our order we set there set their set there then had to ask the waiter to bring our Rolls to the to the table worst service ever.

Waited 50 minutes for the food to be served after ordering. No explanation or apology from the server. Other tables were seated and served. Our server disappeared, manager kept looking at us but neither said anything or did anything. People at the next table said the Cross Lanes location is much better. Food was OK when it finally arrived.

Was waiting for food for a long time food was nasty servers were just standing around when we are trying to ask for them see what was taking so long on our food managers were just no help it was just a bad experience and we will never come back here ever again Bob Evans has changed used to be a good restaurant back in its day

I love the our waitress when we eat there. Her name is Courtney Oxley she always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. She makes every visit a great experience! I will say she never stops working everyone there could learn a thing or two from her. Thanks Courtney for the great service and you always have the greatest smile!!

The menu has changed once again....for a motto of down on the farm, half the vegetables were removed from the menu. The prices have changed too. Our bill was almost $50 for two adults and two children. Were used to paying that much when we have had an alcoholic beverage. At least we had an attentive waitress.

Food is mediocre, but out of the four times Ive given this location a chance, the service has let me down every time. More often than not, after a long wait of little to no service, I end up watching all of the tables around me (who showed up after I did) getting their food, eating, and leaving with a bill.

The service is absolutely terrible, the screen in the back with orders are always red " witch means all the orders are late." No one is ever at the front door to sit tutu down, you have to wait at least 45 minutes for your food. Do not go here unless you want to kill some time.

It has been awhile since I have been here. I visited again 7/4/2017 now I remember why I have stayed away. The food was good, but the service was awful. Even the cashier was rude even though she asked, how was everything. I will not be going to this establishment again.

We stopped here for the first time and really enjoyed it. They were a little slow getting our food out but it was worth the wait. The waitress was very sweet and kept our tea filled. We will definitely stop by again if were out this way.
