My family and I have been to Chipotles all around the DFW area of Texas and other smaller cities. We recently were driving to California and stopped at the Kingman, Arizona location. As a restaurant manager myself I have to say I was let down by my fellow extended service family. The girl who initially waited on us was very pleasant and on the ball. From there it went down hill from the meat appearing as if it were left there from lunch time. There was clearly only 1 option for a meat choice, the carnitas. She called and called for another helper to assist on checking us out. She was waiting on customers behind us as she called out again and again for assistance. The other girl came from the back and checked us out. As we sat and ate, the rest of the crew appeared from the back and a shift change was occurring. They were just hanging out and goofing off with no Manager in site and aimlessly walking around with the back door open but not receiving a delivery. The crew was most interested in one another and not the small line accrued up front. Still the two original females were the only ones in action. We like Chipotle and visit when we can, but will definitely not visit this location again.

CHEAP OTLE I have been to many Chipotles and I have never seen such consistently lousy service and small portions. They serve large ladles of beans and rice and then short you on the vegetables and then pull out the Vicks VapoRub 4oz measuring cap to measure and limit the amount of meat they serve you - what a joke (it looks like 2 ounces) thats like two bites. When I saw they were rationing the meat, I turned around and walked out.

Chipotle never fails, (specially ours here in Kingman, AZ)! We are so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant here in town, and since the day they opened, my husband and I....man, all my family have been hooked! I was pregnant and all I would crave would be sofritas! It was- and still is, such a DELIGHT to have a warm bowl of your delicious food! Thanks Chipotle! Also, their crew and management rocks! Keep up the great work.

Great food for a good price, clean and they make the food right in front of you. Good employees and your food is made fast. Pretty much the healthiest restaurant in kingman. Very glad chipotle finally made its way here. Eat here often, a smart choice for people wanting food fast clean and healthy. The burritos are not smaller than the ones made at other chipotles ive been too. And the quality is just as good as others.

Worst Chipotle ever! I travel the country for work and love Chipotle but this one treated me horrible. they werent busy and tried to push me through the line as if the line was out the door. Additionally every Chipotle Ive been to will serve me the peppers and onions uncooked, this one would not, very not okay. Stay away!!!

Chipotle has always provided us with good service and tasty food. I like being able to pick out the ingredients that I want and the ability to leave out the ones that I dont want. I also enjoy the meatless option, Sofarita (hopefully I spelled it correctly.) It is very flavorful, an enjoyable substitute for meat.

If I could afford to eat Chipotle every day I would. I had a bad experience at one facility in Phoenix, but I am glad that I have not let that experience tarnish my overall opinion of the chain. This location, notwithstanding, has equally been as impressive and does the chains name justice.

Wasnt going to write a review for chipotle because..well..its chiotle. But the idiots working here are unfathomably dumb. All of them seem to be making burritos and working a job for the very first time. Weve been here twice (1 year apart). Same experience both times. Very bizarre.

chipotle was amazing! I got the chicken bowl, I could only eat half of it because it filled me up so fast. I saw them making a burrito and they are not small at all. they were nice people. the place looked really great inside! I am definitely going back! Once again it was amazing

I had the tacos, 3 different fillings. They charged me the highest price instead of an avg. price. I had the soft corn tortilla for taco shells... It was stiff, dry, chewy. Not very good. The name said mexcian grill so i was expecting a lot different food place. I wont go back.

I dont get the Chipolte experience. Food is fresh but I have eaten here 3 times and find the food uninspired. Give me El Pollo Loco any day. I gave it four stars because the food is fresh, the store is clean and the employees do a good job.

Well I eat chipotle a few times a week as I travel around and this one must of been on rations!!!! The serving size was the smallest by far of all my experiences with chipotle and the guacamole tasted old not a fan of this location

1/2 small scoop of meat, 1/2 small scoop of rice and a tablespoon of everything else.. Not like other chipotles where they will actually fill a burrito. I wouldnt recommend this place in this town.
