My husband loves pizza and WANTS to eat it about once a week...with plenty of leftovers for the next day. Shortly after we moved to the area we found Pizza Pie Cafe and loved the Hillbilly Pizza! But when we made a special order for our New Years Eve party and the pizzas we received had an unedibly raw crust, you can imagine it kind of ruined our night. We tried to re-bake it in the oven but it never cooked through and after an hour or so of trying to remedy the situation we were all hungry and frustrated. We ended up having to theirs it away. Even though we love their pizza we didnt feel good about returning until we felt better about the situation so l sent an email and politely described our experience. The recipient was very understanding and said he would send something to make up for our loss. When more than a month had passed and l hadnt received anything we were wanting to celebrate a big achievement of my daughters with a surprise oreo pizza which she loves. So l politely contacted him again saying we hadnt received anything in the mail but would like to come in and could we arrange to handle it then. I received no response. After more time had passed l told him we would just like a refund on pour New Years Eve order-again no response. We love the food. It is sad for us to give up a place that we really like but we just dont feel good about going there anymore.

Our first Pizza Pie Cafe experience was at the St. George Location and then when we discovered this one closer to home we were excited to visit. It was great. The Pizza is not Gourmet pizza but is great for a value and family friendly place to eat. The Service is spectacular. Weve ordered the buffet where they bring different pizza to your table and a salad bar is included. My kids love veggies and pizza (I dont know - somehow I just got lucky) So they love the veggies and salad bar and pizza. We go here with a family of 5 and can dine easily for ~40$ including tip. Which is awesome! Last time the kids even got Italian Sodas. I recommend the Chicken Alfredo Pizza.

Experience is pretty standard. The floor has never felt clean to me as I walk on it. It always feels slightly greasy. Its an all you can eat pizza, pasta, salad joint. Great pricing for what you get, especially if you are on their text specials. Sizeable dining area. Also has a party area which can be reserved. They have a wide variety of pizzas as well pasta and sauce choices. Tip: if youre going to come back semi frequently, buy the large drink off the back counter (behind the register) and keep the cup for $1 beverages in the future.

Some of my visits are filled with friendly staff eager to make my stay as plesant as possible. Sadly, I have also had visits where not a single plate was bussed from my table and the personal pizza I paid for was fogotten and eventually delivered cold. What pushed me from a dead center rating was the salad bar. The pizza is just okay, the pasta bar is a great addition, but the salad bar has almost everything we like and that has made the PPC our go to place to keep parents and children happy.

The pizza is usually fresh and hot, salad bar well stocked and great variety on pastas/sauce. Staff is generally friendly and the tables are cleaned quickly. Once in a while they seem to leave the lingering single piece of (insert favorite pizza here) before they put out a fresh one. ..this makes sense but when the single piece looks dried up and unappealing then it should be replaced! Overall its a good atmosphere and very family friendly.

Im a frequent diner at this location and get a lot to eat for a low price. Happy hour from 2-4 PM is only $5.99, but with so few customers and literally 20 different pizzas sitting out the quality is horrible. Night time is very different with the lobby completely full you might wait for a table then wait in line each time you get a new plate, but the pizza is fresh when theyre busy. Its best to go at lunch time 11:30-1:00.

Mediocre at best. Tasteless pizza and pasta. The teenagers running the place could careless about the poor people eating there. Food and garbage was all over the floor on my last visit. Staff just walked by it and did nothing. Even after I pointed it out nothing changed for another 45 minutes. Its a place for high school aged kids to go on dates to.

The food is alright Im not sure why people claim this is foods from the gods (exaggeration). Its average pizza and salad bar. Their dessert pizzas like the oreo are pretty good though. The dough seems cheap and there just to be filler. The pasta bar-like idea is good and taste great. Expect it to be crowded with less than optimal seating though

We have a tradition of bringing our kids here for their birthday. They look forward to this almost more than presents! Its not a fancy restaurant, nor is it a quiet, sit down place, but it is fun for people who love pizza. They have great coupons in a text subscription and the local mailers making it very reasonable to take a big family there.

Has a great variety of pizza options and their desert pizzas are amazing! Have some great deals if you go about an hour before closing and during the afternoon around 2pm (not busy hours) and they have a healthy salad bar with Good options and a pasta bar as well! You will definitely eat you let moneys worth! Also locally owned (franchise).

No me gusto, la pizza es mas o menos, el lugar no se ve tan agradable, y la verdad me dio un poco de desconfianza con aquello de la limpieza, no lo recomiendo

After discovering some of our family were gluten intolerant, we were THRILLED to discover Pizza Pie Cafe! Their gluten free options taste amazing, and the service is the best around. They were even generous enough to host our schools field trip there. The kids were stoked to see the behind the scenes process of pizza making. :)

Good place to take the kids. Can get busy in the evenings. Food is decent, not great. And I really love coming here on busy evenings to witness the worst human behavior and manners I think Ive seen. Its cutthroat at times, especially with kids, to battle those who have no manners or respect for trying to feed a bunch of kids.

The food is good. The service is awful. The building is REALLY run down. It really looks so dumpy... Ive been to other pizza pie locations that were SO much better. I rally wasnt impressed with this one at all as probably wont be going back to this location. Its worth driving further top get a much higher quality experience.

Once again I thought I would give them a second chance. Wont be coming back here ever again. Empty tables filled with old plates, no pizzas to choose from, floors filthy ask for a new pizza to be made and get no responses from the cooks. The only pleasant thing was the cashier... smile smile smile. Bye bye pizza pie cafe
