First thing is the food and drink were phenomenal. The young man that greeted us, took our order and couldnt get the order right after we repeated it several times. He couldnt repeat the order back to us still. My wife ordered the pecan cranberry chicken salad sandwich and i ordered the smoothie and half a sandwich (ultimate club). He charged us for her sandwich (correct) and charged for a full ultimate club and a large smoothie, overcharging us. We figured the kid was new (which i asked him) not to have him too stressed. The order came in separate deliveries, with the food first then the smoothie several minutes later. We said it was to eat in, not to go. It came wrapped and to go. This is our first time eating here so we not sure of protocol on serving of food. Half way through our meal, a young man who had been preparing the food, came to the register area. He loudly announced, with his arms outstretched "the lobby is now closed, youre going to have to leave." There was only my wife and I and a table with 3 teenagers in your restaurant , all of which were paying customers. We felt it was uncalled for and inappropriately communicated. We gathered our food and proceeded outside where we finished it in our vehicle. As we sat watching from our car, they began to laugh and dance around the lobby area. We witnessed them make food for the drive thru with their gloves on, answer text messages on their cell phone, then continue preparing food without changing their gloves or washing their hands. We also saw them wiping smoothie cups on their soiled apron. They allowed staff from the pizza place next door inside the lobby to place an order, and a good 10 minutes passed before they secured the front door following our exit from your facility. Overall its a real shame that your food was so tasty, fresh and of good quality, while your employees were immature, unprofessional and downright unsanitary. So I am a big fan of their smoothies and go often but I have to give it a three. The smoothies are delicious but Ive had a few problems in my frequent visits. One the wait is often times quite long, I get theres a lot that goes into it but if you order inside you could be looking at OVER a 30 minute wait for 2 smoothies (true story). At the drive in youre looking at an average of 10 minute wait per car. So agin if theres two cars in front of you youre again looking at about a 30 minute wait. My next problem is that for how long it takes to get the smoothies and/or food, the employees usually arent friendly. Its kind of crazy to spend 10 minutes at Dutch down the street and be treated by multiple sun-shiny people compared to easily spending 30ish minutes here to then be treated someone who youre not entirely sure if they spit in your food or not. The reason I keep coming back, is that its the only place to get REAL fresh fruit smoothies that can be made without the countless sugar put in most fast food smoothies.

Good and bad review. My boyfriend and I went there tonight around 8 pm. Our whole time from ordering to receiving our order was 25 minutes in the drive thru. The guy working tonight was very nice and polite, the food and smoothie is delicious. The wait time was definitely NOT worth it though. I asked the guy working (I forgot his name) why the wait was so long, and he told me he was the only one working. THAT IS ONE OF THE WORST THING MANAGEMENT COULD DO. ESPECIALLY IN FOOD BUSINESS. I felt really bad for this young guy. I understand some nights might not be busy, but when it does get busy, its good to have at least 2 people working, so customers dont get upset with waiting for 25 minutes. My review would be 5 stars if my wait time wasnt 25 minutes for my first time going there. Very impressed with the food and smoothies. I hope the next time I go there, my wait time wont be so long.

This was my third time to this location. The first visit, I ordered a smoothie.... good experience- nothing specular, all went as expected. The second time I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. I was given two store bought sandwich bread slices and approx. three bites worth of chicken salad. I informed the supervisor who then stated it looked like the person who made the sandwich provided "one scoop rather than two". The sandwich was remade. Being 50/50 with my experience... I went back today. I ordered a smoothie and a half sandwich. They had to remake the smoothie to add banana. Then, (I should have checked first), I left with my half chicken salad sandwich. Well... my half sandwich was made with the heel of the loaf of bread with exactly one bite worth of chicken salad. Needless to say, I will not return. I am very disappointed with my interactions with this location.

Beware of incompetent and slow service. Today, I ordered a simple combo meal through the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay I wasnt given a receipt, the girl Victoria, opened the window took my card and opened the window and gave it back. After about 15 minutes of waiting as the ONLY customer, she opened the window to hand me a bag with the sandwich in it, no side. She was confused what a combo was! Then asked if I wanted a side. smh. After her mixing up jalepeno chips for oven baked Lays, I asked for my receipt and drove off. I get to work to open my sandwich to find that the lettuce in the sandwich was FROZEN! Literally, ice chips in the sandwich. I called back and the girl who answered said they FORGOT to wash the ice off of the lettuce. I asked for my money back, now I have been waiting hours for the "manager" to call me back informing me of my refund.

I took my 20 month old son today to try a smoothie and grab something healthy to eat. This experience left much to be desired. First of all i ordered a raspberry/banana smoothie which was just ok. Next i ordered a thai chicken salad... this salad was fresh but missing spinach, cilantro, and sesame seeds as advertised. For my son i ordered a turkey wrap which ended up being turkey and cheese on a tortilla. I was also in the drive thru for an extended period of time as i waited for this mediocre meal... So this really ended up being edible food but nothing too exciting.

6/22/15 10:32am Went through the drive through and asked for a buffalo chicken wrap jalapeño chips and the strawberry beach smoothie with whey protein. What I got was a watery wrap without buffalo sauce, BBQ chips and a smoothie that was yellow. I asked the lady for the strawberry beach so they remade it and I got something purple that tastes like dirt and water. I always get the same thing and am charged about $12. I was charged over $14 this time. What a waste of time and money. Wont be going back.

Literally the worst service Ive ever experienced. It took 5 minutes for anyone to come to the register to take my order, even though there were employees littered around the place doing nothing, and then 30+ minutes to get my order, and another 5 to get the smoothies. Then to top it all off, the chicken Caesar salad i ordered didnt have any dressing on it, or in the bag it came in. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed to have a team run that un-efficiently and inaccurately.
