I must say Im very disappointed in the service that I received at this location. I walk up to the cash register so that I can be greeted and asked to take my order. When I get up to the cash register, Jamie doesnt say a word to me. She just looks at me and then she has a surprised look on her face when she figures out that Im waiting for her to greet me! You would think that would make her put on her "good customer" face. Nope! Not a chance. She wore the same sad face as when I first walked up. You have to do better.

The absolute worst service ever. Servers didnt acknowledge me or any of the customers waiting in line and extremely rude when taking orders. One of the barisstas did not look to happy to be there.

Ordered a macchiato with an extra shot and it taste like milk with no espresso .... Told the barista and pretty sure I got it back exactly the same.. come on Starbucks..
