They seemed really inconvenienced by me coming there and getting, wait for it.... 6 drinks. They felt overwhelmed and told me that if Im going to order that many drinks, that I needed to go inside and order. "Because the people behind you might have ordered just a water and now they have to wait". Im sorry, but if youre going to Starbucks for a water, you need to drive away, park in a dark alley, think about your life decisions, and begin to cry. 6 drinks shouldnt be that difficult of a task, but once I did get my drinks, they looked like a 3 year old made them. Ill never go back again.

Ive only tried this store once since moving to Tooele. For some odd reason, my wife wanted one of those unicorn drinks - and they didnt have the stuff to make it. She ordered a vanilla bean frap instead, and got strawberry. Personally I prefer local coffee shops - but when they are charging ridiculous prices for mediocre stuff, the customer service should at least be on point...

Not your typical Starbucks! Cannot make a simple/normal drink. The baristas do not compare with some of your average ones in the salt lake valley. Let alone Nevada, California or Colorado. Customer service was horrible which is generally expected in Tooele County.

I have been going to this starbucks from the day they opened they have been great! All of the staff and management are very friendly and know exactly what I want when I walk in. The door. Class A service. Thanks Starbucks crew for all you do.

This is the only Starbucks Ive ever had a bad experience with (several times) Poor management and not up to the usual standard of Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, but the manager has been rude, condescending, and impatient on many visits.

Staffs are friendly, coffees are good, restroom is clean, wi-fi is fast, outside sitting is available. Those are probably basic but yet important. Though coffee makes me unable to sleep at night, I still come back here.

I have never gotten a drink made correctly at this location. It is really simple, iced coffee with cream. Every time it always has either sweetener or a flavor. They always seem put out when I ask to get it corrected.

Great friendly staff. The drive through is busy and I ordered inside but still got my order in a timely manner. I use this location as a middle ground for interviewing candidates for my job and have had zero issues!

Love love love there strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk! Its so addicting! And its even better with a lime! Also, leah has amazing customer service and shows she likes her job! Good job girl!
