Ive had a few bad experiences here but the last one topped it. I called in my order of an 8 piece combo and was told 18min and it would be ready. I took about 25 to 30 to get there just bc Ive had issues with timeliness in the past. I still had to wait after arrival. Not paying attention to time I sit and I realize another 15min has gone by. I look up & In plain line of sight I see two employees horse playing in the back. One has locked the other in the walk in fridge/freezer and is using her body to keep the door closed, yet I still dont have my order. When I question the staff I was advised my order was next. I sit and I distract myself with my phone bc Im upset but Im hungry and quite patient. Now at an hr since placing my to go order on the phone I walk up and Im told they are STILL waiting on the chicken. No apologies, nothing. I then ask for a refund and leave. Still no apology. I place the same order with the Wingstop on the Loop & 64 and no issues upon arrival. If you dont value your time or good customer service then by all means visit this location.

Went for dinner tonight and did not appreciate the service or the fact that we got home with the wrong order. Ordered ahead online and went to pick up in store. We paid when we got there and were given our cups to go get drinks. After that we sat down to wait for our order to be done while the two girls at the counter took phone orders and texted on their phones at the same time. Come to find out about 10 minutes later our order had been ready the entire time. The girl who "helped us" at the counter realized it was ours and handed it to us. We got home with the wrong thing so I went back and asked for the right thing. They still didnt really care to help us. One was on her phone and the other had her back to the door. I had to ask to be helped. No one apologized and there was no manager there for us to speak with. We wont be back.

The service was okay, but the wait was short (only about 15 minutes) and the food was delicious, the fries were especially well seasoned. The atmosphere was nice as well. The aviation theme sets it apart from other chicken wing restaraunts, which are usually filled with loud, drunk sports fans. This place however was much calmer and more interesting. All in all I would advise this place for anyone looking for a quick bite.

Im a wing fanatic. Fry my own at home the wings here are smaller than Buffalo Wild Wings and the sauce selection is limited, but its actually quite tasty. If you skip the soft drink you can save money here. Dont order the boneless wings theyre soggy. Order the cheese fries extra crispy. Order the wings double extra crispy and wet with plenty of cold beer. You wont be disappointed.

Came in and ordered food, took 40 minutes to get our food coming to find out other guests had retrieved our food. No accommodations were made and no apologies were given. Waited too long, without any employee recognizing we were not given our food.

Workers in the kitchen were smoking a vape and playing on their phones at the register. The whole restaurant is smoky, I just thought it was from the food until I saw them smokin it through the window reflection.

Consistently great wings. They need to bring back spicy Korean sauce. Fries are always hot and fresh. Great seasoning on them as well
