Horrible, we place a take out order for a childs wings and a childs hamburger, got it home and it was just warm at best, but we were hungry. Wings tasted okay, the fries were cold so did not eat but maybe 3, I know you cant expect everything to be piping hot, within 20 minutes I had stomach pains, then husband rushed to the bathroom and I ran to our second bathroom and we both ended up with diarrhea...we had nothing else in common with what we ate. Will never ever go to Buffalo Wild Wings ever! We both had stomach upsets from this place. Ive eaten warm wings before (cant expect piping hot on every take out order) without a stomach upset, but we will never eat at this place again...Horrible. McDonalds has better fries! and Im one of the last persons on this earth that would actually comment about that, but its true.

Got served food that I didnt order because they said they were out of what was listed on the menu. Did not once get asked if we still wanted what was ordered because they were out or didnt serve it anymore. Only noticed it was not what was ordered because someone bit into it and it was a fried mushroom and not what it was supposed to be. Management didnt care to hear our complaint and said there was no substitutions even though the menu wasnt right. Finally they came over to the table and offered no apology. Even when we asked what they would have done if thay person was allergic to the food. Only gave us $5 off our bill. Will not return to this location. I will go out of my way to go to a different one if I decide to eat there again.

I love buffalo wings. Having said that, this places chicken is consistently disgusting every single time. Boneless or original parmesan or spicy, its all bad folks. My husband and I have wasted a lot of money here giving this location the benefit of the doubt and chance after chance. No more for us. The food is simply terrible. Its cold, old, or tastes bad. Sometimes its all of the aforementioned simultaneously. I dont drink and I order take out so maybe Im too sober to enjoy the food or Im going about the order all wrong. Either way, I dont want to dine in a darkened setting with 10 large flat-screens blasting audio overhead while I try to hold a conversation with my family. Ill pass.

It started out okay I mean its game day and I realized it would be a wait. However our waiter could have been less interested in making sure we had drinks and food. He catered more to what seemed to be his friends and regular customers and it was really noticeable. Unfortunately if this is just the beginning of football season I hate to see whats to come as the season progresses. I will not be spending my time or money here again. Oh and instead of the manager offering to make sure his staff was up to par he decided to ask me if a shot of alcohol would make my visit better. I told him No!!! Really how unprofessional is that?! Needless to say Goodbye Bdubs in Pearland its been real....

I have been here twice and this is my last time. The wait staff seems to be understaffed on busy game days. This is an issue and maybe more staff should be on hand. I saw wait staff hanging around the drink area talking about their customers like high school kids do in the hall ways. Get to work, people pay good money to get good service and hot food. Our order took forever to get to our table and I had to keep asking for our waiter. I had to go and get my kids drinks myself since we were sitting next to the drink area. I also had one waitress give us attitude because we asked her questions about the menu, we know she was not our waiter but act like you enjoy working here.

Ordered a burger with Mushrooms, swiss and a mustard dijon as indicated in the description on the menu. They delivered a plain burtmger with swiss....in other words, a cheese burger. Waitress asked the kitchen...turns out they are out of mushrooms and the exact dijon needed for the burger I ordered. You dont just say, "screw it" and deliver something else that is not what the customer ordered if you dont have what is needed to make it to their order....you COMMUNICATE to the staff and the customer. Perhaps it would have ordered something else? This location doesnt seem to be able to handle the rushes like some of the other locations Ive been too. 2 stars.

Will never come to this place again. Was given a drink with lipstick on the cup, next one had a lip print. That is just for starters. I got there at 7:00 and waited 35 mins to be seated. The waitress took my order and i did not recieve my food until 9:45. Needless to say i was already upset but thats not all... The order was cold and the chicken was dried out. Sent it back and asked for to go plate. I never even saw my waitress after she gave me my drink until the food came out. Asked for a manager and she stated to me that both of the managers were in the back cooking. Will never come here again and would rather forcibly ckoke down a Mcdonalds Burger!

I frequent this location very often and I cannot think of a negative experience in the past couple years. Service is always spot on with my drink refills and the wings are always prefect. I am a picky person when it comes to my wings and I dislike just about every place out there but BWW is where its at. Personal favorites with the sauces are: Jammin Jalapeño, not too hot that it takes the flavor away, Habanero if Im feeling adventurous, and I personally love the Buffalo dry rub. Im not going to lie.. The buffalo dry rub makes me feel feelings of all kinds of nice. So if your looking for some wings to indulge in, look no further.

Wont go back again. The owner decided to tow cars from the expansive public parking adjacent to the restaurant. He thinks he owns the parking spaces in a huge parking lot with many other establishments around him. Wrong dude. You forget you have or now had customers with children, I didnt get towed, but your rentacop was a jerk to my six year old twins. I mean come on...lost my business and Ill tell everyone I know. Im just one person....but I will make sure everyone I know is aware.

The staff is rude and the little young girls working the front need to get fired. I am a restaurant manager myself and I wouldnt dare keep people working the to go area that act like that. I was standing in front of two employees while they fought over a pen they were gonna give me to sign. Ridiculous. Oh and I put in a complaint to the survey thats listed on the receipt and asked for a manager to call me back...needless to say Im still waiting, months later.

Let me start first by saying I LIVE Buffalo wild wings, best wings ever made! But... This location has spotty service I have good and bad experiences regardless of how slow it was. Trying to order over the phone was one of the worst experiences for take our ordering I have had, manager was apologetic but didnt really act surprised. So knocking down two stars for level of service/attitude but still great food.
