I love Buffalo Wild Wings but the one in Tyler is run very poorly. Generally speaking, sit-down service is slow. But the carry-out service is even worse. Several times over the past 3-4 months, my wife and I have ordered carry-out. Something has been missing EVERY TIME: either french fries, celery/carrots or blue cheese/ranch. But we finally had the last straw this week. On March 14, 2016, I called and ordered a salad for my wife, wings for myself, and French fries. My wife was picking it up on her way home from work, but I didnt tell her that I had ordered fries. My wife checked to make sure that we had the wings, the blue cheese, the salad, etc., but she didnt know that I had ordered fries. So guess what I discovered once she got home: no fries. Because we live 15 miles outside of Tyler, we didnt want to go back, but I didnt want to let it slide because we had paid for the fries that we didnt get. So we called them and spoke to a manager, Shawn. He gave us this big speech about how they were trying to improve customer service, particularly the carry-out service, and he promised to leave us a $10 gift certificate that we could ask for the next time we came in or ordered out. Because of our prior experience at this restaurant, I didnt want to wait too long to take him up on that. So tonight (March 16, 2016) my wife and I were going to go in for dinner. Considering that we live so far outside of town, and that we had had so many problems with this place before, I decided to call first and make sure there would be no issues with getting our $10 gift certificate. And surprise, surprise: no gift certificate had been left, and Shawn wasnt working tonight. The person who answered the phone claimed that they called Shawn and that he had forgot to leave it for us, but they wouldnt allow us to go ahead and use it, even though Shawn apparently acknowledged to them that they did owe us $10. At this point, its not even worth it. We just wont go back again. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but the Tyler restaurant has terrible service. We wont go back.

I am torn between 5 stars and 1. The food was EXCELLENT. The service was AWFUL. I suggest Amber, behind the bar, puts her phone down and attends to the customers. I sat there for three minutes... AT THE BAR before she came and got my drink order. There was a total of 7 people in the entire bar area... 5 of whom had obviously been there a while. She stood three feet from us jabbering away with 3 of those patrons while we stopped a waiter and asked him to take our order. When our food came out, she left my boyfriends WINGS off of his sampler platter. Really? Buffalo Wild Wings gonna forget the Wings? I must mention the fact that she was VERY attentive to the message notifications on her phone. When we were ready to pay, we, once again had to stop another employee to assist us. She was THREE FEET AWAY... Phone in hand. Our tab was 49 and some change. I worked in the food industry for many years... I rarely tip less than 25%... Hardly ever less than 15... This gal got $4.00... I dont feel bad one bit. But the grub was to for. Put down your phone Amber.

Best wings in town. If you like it hot order your wings bone in extra crispy with the mango habanero sauce then dusted with desert heat dry seasoning. Make sure to order the ranch and plenty of cold Corona to help cool down the heat! Appetizers here are really good and wing sauces are mostly amazing. Mild, medium and hot are all good choices for Buffalo sauce, although the medium seems to be the most balanced. Thai Curry is good if you like salty asian sauces - these are better after several beers. Spicy BBQ is surprisingly good and not too sugary. All around excellent food, great service, really cold beer, and most importantly great Buffalo Wings.

I came in just to buy bottles of sauce at the front counter a few days ago. It took 3 employees to ask me if I had been helped before one of them finally decided to help me. I paid with a credit card and put a line thru the tip line so they couldnt write in their own tip. A few days later I check my bank transactions and my Buffalo Wild Wings charge is an even 5 dollars more than it should be. Ill be going there to complain today once they open, and I guess Ill have to start taking pictures of my signed receipts before I leave places like this. I just looked at my copy of the receipt, turns out the guy that gave himself a $5 tip is named Cody.

The wings (which should be their staple) were not up to par with local restaurant quality. I ordered 40 wings (10 per flavor) to be split among 3 people and none of us were interested in finishing. The chicken was so dry and hard in some parts that it could have been used as a tooth pick. Overall it could have been saved with some customer service, but that was lacking as well. If I was trying to get a refill or pay my bill, I practically had to get up from my table to hunt someone down.

Everyone talks about BWW being amazing. I went and had the following issues at this location: - Wings were old and dry. Obviously been under a lamp for a long time - Did not receive quick service. Restaurant was empty yet I hardly saw the waitress - Service was unpleasant. We went through several employees and none of them treated us well or were friendly Will not return to this location

I am not sure if Buffalo Wild Wings quality has gone down or if it is this location but the wings were cold, sauce was not right, and I always order the same ones. On top of that the bartender KC was horrible it was like the just threw a waiter back there.. i will go get wings somewhere else. Sorry no longer a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings can i give zero stars?

While I love their food, this place is never clean when it comes to dishes left on the table. During my visit there was hardly a few people in the facility and dishes wee all on the tables. It was an eye sore looking at dirty dishes while i ate. This was the third time happening so I probably wont patronize this location again. The server was ok.

There could be no customers in the resturant and the your food will still come out after 20-25 minutes with your appetizer. The service is truly awful. The food is always dissappointing. Dont go here unless you like watching young servers flirt and you have a hour and a half to spare.

It is a nice place where my wife and I can grab some drinks and wings. Food is good and has been served with in an reasonable time so far. Be warned tho this place gets packed and loud on a big game night . So if your not a big sports person you might enjoy another night better.
