Turned off by service...Ceiling fans on extra high directly over food...asked if they could be turned down so food wouldnt get cold...was told it was to keep smoke from smoker filling dining area...Thats not my problem...kids like 7 or 8 running around in kitchen with no hair net. Food is average...Sign outside says "Best Crawfish in World" or whatever...Got 2 lbs of crawfish that taste like the kids that I saw in the kitchen made it...Baked potatoe is really good...but no where near the best...I wake up thinking about Triple Js or Burns...or Rudys...but Wings are above average...Sausage are very good...Barbeque sauce is above average...Just average place...understaffed though...

The crawfish are legit and spicy, especially if you get the "ass burner" seasoning...tread carefully. Ive also ordered the wings, fire tenders, regular seasoned fries, and cheeseburger. I get the hot lemon pepper sauce for the wings. The food is on point everytime Ive visited, and the fountain drinks are well carbonated. Overall, its a good spot to eat if you are in the area.

We were a bit reluctant to go but once we were inside the cashier assured us it was good... yepp she was right... my husband had the baked potato and I had the lemon pepper wings, extra crispy just the way I liked... DELICIOUS... had a side okra, good & fresh....

The baked potatoes are amazing! Chopped brisket and pickles on mine. Sweet potatoe fries are the best Ive ever had! Fried okra and lemon merengue pie were also a hit. The owner was very friendly and attentive. Great place to bring the family to grub!

I live in Laurel Oaks its directly behind Rack Shack. Under New Management and much better. Pay a little more, but its worth it. If you been here before please try it again. Much better staff also. You wont be disappointed!

BBQ is so good with generous portion. Restaurant is very clean. Staff is friendly with great service. They have a good variety on their menu, I come here for lunch often and they never dissapoint.
