I went there several times and the food was good. So I went this weekend with some of my friends to have some good food. But unfortunately they offended my guest with their behavior. The the waiter who was serving us brought us 6 salad sides with 5 entrees and then came back and took 1 of them back without saying anything. when we asked him why he did that he mentioned, it comes with the number of entrees you ordered. We got his point But it was very rude of him to come back and take the complementary salad plate served infront of my guests. They all felt so offended. After that they brought us drinks and no straws but then they kept us waiting serving other people where we were 9 people and other than us there were only 6 more people was there. After almost 30 minutes they got us our straws. Our guests were so offended by that time, they denied to have lunch over there. We had to leave without having food. I was so embarrassed. I liked the food but I have never received such an awful service anywhere else.

My husband and I have gotten food from this place on multiple occasions. Weve always been pleased. We always get the same thing--curry and pad Thai noodles. This time we got out order to go. When we got home, our curry container was a little less than half way filled. I called them about this. They told me it was impossible for me to have gotten a more full container in the past and there was nothing they could do. There are several other good Thai places in the area with the same prices. If Thai House had given me LESS THAN HALF a container in the past and called it common practice, I would have never come back. The fact that they were unwilling to be accommodating at all is frustrating and worthy of losing my business to their competitors--whose food is just as good, prices are the same, and the staff accommodates errors made on their part. BOTTOM LINE: Just dont.

It is very difficult to make authentic Thai food in our country because the ingredients just arent readily available, but everytime I have been here the food has been the closest I could get to Bankok, Thailands Thai food. Some of the best dishes are the Green Papaya Salad get it hot at least and Thai hot if you can take it. Remember not to take a break between bites or you will really feel the heat. Another dish is the thai fried rice. Shrimp and Chicken are the most authentic meats. Make sure to squeeze lime juice on it and add pepper for spice. The Pad Thai is also very delicious squeeze over lime juice and add pepper for spice. I spent a summer in Thailand and this is the closest Ive come to the authentic food. Dont pass it up!

Eaten there twice now and I am yet to be disappointed. The chicken satay is fantastic, a must when you go there. The peanut sauce that comes with it is thick and rich. The second time I ordered there I asked for extra peanut sauce! The Mussaman curry was nice. It thicken up when the rice was added. Overall a great little Thai place and Im sure Ill order from again. The servings will easily last you 2 days if youre ordering for yourself. Great value for money and friendly staff! My friends ordered the Panang curry and red curry which had a chilli kick if you order it standard (1 thru to 5 chilli rating). 3 will be the right amount of you want that spice but still be able to taste the food after the second mouthful.

We found everything about the restaurant pleasant. Its pretty quiet (although we were there on a Sunday evening fairly early in the dinner hour), with pleasant, unpretentious decor. Our waitress was extremely friendly but unobtrusive. We ordered the Kao Soi, the country-style curry, and chicken with peanut sauce (cant recall the name), and would recommend all three. Its really just a cozy little Thai place with really tasty food. The only downside to the evening wasnt in their control - the guy sitting next to us was being (audibly) an unbelievable tool the entire time he was there. I suppose Id like this review to cancel his out if he should happen to write one. This is a great place to go if youre in the area.

This restaurant serves real Thai food. Not the semi-Thai stuff that is out there! You know, the food that has been Americanized so much that you cannot decide if it is Thai or Chinese (or what). Do not mistaken this restaurant for a chinese restaurant because the foods are totally different. My family and I love this restaurant! It looks clean and the service is very friendly. The pricing is great! If you think this restaurant is over-priced you have not been to too many Thai restaurants. It is a bargain compared to others out there.

The food is good here, I have eaten here several times over several years. However, they were very rude and disrespectful on the phone with me now. The man accused me of being drunk because he could understand only 15 digits of my credit card. Rather than being polite and requesting me to repeat myself or waiting for me to collect my order (I was 5 minutes away) he badgered me calling me drunk. The man also refused to provide me with the menu options when I asked. His response was "youve been here before, you should know what you want".

By far one of my favorite thai restaurant in the Metroplex. Everyone that I had recommended this place too loves it. The food is pretty good compared to every other Thai restaurant that i have been to. My favorite is the Roasted Duck Curry, Thai Basil Fried Rice and the Drunken Noodles. I come back here like once a month just to get my fix for Thai food. The place is pretty quiet, the service is good and price is pretty reasonable. Not the most upscale / fancy restaurant but the flavor and quality of the food is impressive.

It was my first time here and I ordered Thai rolls, I didnt like them so I asked for them to be exchanged for spring rolls. The manager refused and told me I needed to repurchase another entree. I didnt want to do that so I didnt eat anything but one bite of my roll and they still expected me to pay for the rolls. After arguing with the manager for 10 minutes I finally paid for something I did not eat. I would never recommend this frugle, unprofessional, poor customer serviced place to anyone. Do not waste your time

Really good food. This is one of the places we go for Thai. If youve never had Thai food then you might want to know what kind of food it is before you go so you have a better idea when you order. The wife loves their drunken noodles and the combination appetizer is never a bad idea. Personally i go for the curry. Parking is never a problem. You may have to wait a little longer than some places for service but its never been really bad. The atmosphere is nice so relax and eat.

Classy decor, friendly service and outstanding food that is reasonably priced. White table cloths, quiet ambiance, roomy inside. Food is excellent-- better than most places in DFW... this is possibly the best Thai in DFW, or at least a contender for that distinction. The corn cakes are divine. The mango black rice desert is phenomenal. Lunch specials are cheap. The restaurant is located within an unassuming shopping center near the Parks Mall in Arlington.
