Extremely disappointed. The Destin location was fabulous, but Southlake location has horrible (well, more accurately "non-existent") service in which we practically had to ask for everything, from water to napkin to coffee creamer to sausage without chocolate sauce all over it! The horrendous wait times (1.5 hrs) was frustrating given 25% of the tables were perpetually vacant. The shrimp and grits in Destin location was to die for. Here...just okay. We were so excited for this location to open, as we are huge fans of this chain, at least the Destin location...but we will not go back. Poor service, slow processing and mediocre food overshadows the impressively-creative menu. Bummer.

Overall, the food was good. My veggie omelet was very yummy and my husband cleaned his plate. The service was good, though it seemed we waited a tad bit long for the food to come out considering that the restaurant was not crowded. I do wish they had some sort of whole-wheat option in the pancake and waffle department. The pancakes our kids had were on the too-sweet side. Also, the orange juice was not fresh and tasted like it might be from concentrate. At a restaurant that specializes in breakfast, I sort of expect either fresh squeezed or at least a better tasting oj. Overall a good experience and we will probably be back.

Really good food. It wasnt super busy but our server was not as attentive as we would have liked. We never got a refill of coffee and for a breakfast place that should be a priority. Another server did come over later for refills when we looked desparate. Maybe our person was new on the job. And as far as people complaining about the long waits on busy weekends, to me that means it must be worth waiting for...no one MAKES you stay there until a table is ready. You can always opt out if the wait is too long for your patience. IMHO that is not a reason to give a lower rating.

This restaurant is beautiful inside and out, with delicious food!! Youll fall in love with their city grits, phenomenal. They are very kid friendly, they have a nice selection of kids meals, and they make their food fresh from scratch. The staff are very courteous and friendly, and the theres a warm and cozy environment. The layout of the restaurant is very spacious and theres multiple styles of seating. Thumbs down, this is my favorite place for breakfast and lunch! Oh and their drinks, lets just say they do not water down their drinks, so their fully satisfying.

This place is home to the Lobster and Brie omelette and is, hands down, the best breakfast Ive ever had in my almost 40 years on this mud ball we call home. William, the GM, is incredibly polite though I dont want to imply in any way that the service is lacking from his employees because nothing could be further from the truth. This place is ABSOLUTELY with a wait of an hour or more if there happens to be one, but if you can get in quickly then all the better. Treat yourself today. YOU deserve it.

Signed in and was told it would be 35 min wait. Awesome we said! 35 min came and went and was then told there were still 10 people ahead of us so itll now be another 25-30 min wait. How can that be I asked her she then said that their initial quoting time was correct but not it changed . What??? While there I hear 2 other customer saying the exact thing. Quite the correct time up front and then Ill decide if I want to wait over an hour for a table. After 45 min. We left.

The staff is nice and its basically the only breakfast place in the area but they cant seem to ever get my order correct. I order an omelette and say no bread. Im celiac. Just dont give me any bread. Ive tried telling them to substitute fruit for bread, I still get bread. Something is systematically inaccurate about the way they put in orders because they cant seem to get them right. Please fix this. It shouldnt be this difficult to not get bread.

We are always on the lookout for a new Sunday breakfast place. This one rates very well. The quality of food was great and so was the personal service from a friendly staff. We shared an order of the City Grits to start and they were the best grits I have found in the area. My Omelet was fast, hot, fresh and full of great taste. The coffee is way better than any other place we have tried. True gourmet coffee. We will return soon!

The food are excellent. We waited an hour for our food to be served. The waitress notice our frustration and realized we were late for our appointment, she tried her best to serve us so we could finished as soon as we can without any rush. At the end, the restaurant gave us accomplementary meal. We defintely will try again because of the food and service.

I just cant recommend this place. It first started with them serving me moldy bread and cold eggs in my to-go order, then I take it back in and the manager doesnt even acknowledge or apologize or even offer a glass of water or a cup of coffee while I waited another 15 minutes. I had been waiting on this place to open and was sadly disappointed.

Me and my friend arrived and were told the wait was 15 minutes but there were almost no people in the restaurant. We sat down and ordered our food and some appetisers. 1 hour later our appetisers came out and about 20 minutes later our food followed and it was all cold and my friends pancakes were undercooked. Overall bad. Now Im very bitter.

Nice atmosphere, tasty food, a little expensive but our waitress Jordan was incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered cinnamon French toast. The meal was huge and delicious! Id go back again to try other things. I also ordered a mimosas. The ratio was off but in my favor so keep that in mind if you enjoy a little kick with your brunch!

Waited for 50 minutes for a party of two to be told it would be an additional 30 minute wait. Bigger parties who got there after us were being seated first so if its just you and your loved one, dont bother. Sleep in an extra hour and youll be happier. So sorry for the tone but it is a result of me being upset and hungry.

The food is good, but the wait is longer than it should be. Part of my order was delayed considerably so they covered the cost of my meal (which is fantastic customer care) but the rest of our order still took a while to come out. Overall its a good place to eat, just be prepared to potentially wait awhile for your food.

Food was excellent (I got a Blackstone Benedict) and service was very good. Love that its got a little originality (coffee mugs are awesome, menu unique). I came in on a weekday morning and was seated immediately, so I cant talk to long waits. Will come again.

Atmosphere was nice, but didnt have quite the "diner" feeling you get from a lot of breakfast places. Food was about average but at above-average prices. If you want a modern breakfast experience and are willing to pay a little extra, try it out.
