I stopped in here for a solo breakfast today. After a short wait, the hostess took me to my table before it was even clean, and I had to stand and awkwardly wait while they wiped it down and finished clearing the last customers mess away. The table and chair were still wet when I sat down. The server took my drink and food order at the same time. My food arrived literally a few minutes after I ordered, before the server even brought my drinks. The busser who delivered the food didnt say a word to me and practically threw the plate on my table. I remarked to the server that I dont think I have ever had my food delivered before my drinks, and she told me they were "really focusing on fast ticket times". I told her at the time it was OK (I hadnt tasted the awful food yet), but you NEVER EVER SAY THIS TO A CUSTOMER., period, ever. So rude and in such poor taste.The eggs were scrambled into tiny pieces, the pancakes were cold, and the bacon was barely cooked. The server never came back to check on me, and I had to go to the register to even get my ticket. For a $5.95 breakfast plate, I guess you get what you pay for, but in the future I will pay a few more bucks and not get rushed "service" and nasty food.

Total crap. Ordered chicken fried bacon on menu (waitress said it was a NEW menu) then comes back and says cook said we dont have that? Huh?. Tea Was STRONG. Gross. Ordered TEXAS DIP. (Like a philly cheese steak) came with bacon on it? Huh? Waitress said cook thought i ordered it because she did not cancle the chicken fried bacon. Then i noticed it was on toast? Huh? Menu said GARLIC ROLL. Who eats a philly on freaking toast. Watress asked cook IN SPANISH (my wife speaks spanish) . Watress said if u have garlic rolls why did u not use them. Cook said he did not know it came on a garlic roll. Waitress came back and said cook said we were out. Flat out lied to us. Mac and cheese sucked. Bland. Grilled cheese was not even cheese. Have no freaking clue what it was. Like some kind of thousand island paste. Maybe fake cheese. Pork chops sucked. Fries were good as well as the onion rings. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

My family and I have been going to Our Cafe long before when it was called Our Place. They have always had great food and somewhat great service through the years. It has changed owners serveral times now. The last time we went in there we had a party of 6. My family set down and started reading the menus when a roach crawled across the table. It went in the jelly stacker. My husband got the manager. When he came to the table we told him where it was. He picked it up and dumped the jelly stacker. Not one, not two, but 8 crawled out of it. My husband picked up the second one and dumped it. Twelve came running out. Needless to say all 6 of us got up and left to never return. I would hate to see the kitchen.....this place has really gone down hill and thats to bad, I really liked the people who worked there, especially Jan, she is the BEST!

Home cooking, made from scratch, just like mom used to make. The servings are generous. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The food is off the charts. The meatloaf is flavorable and tender. The mashed potatoes are not from rehydrated flakes and creamy. Chickens fried steak is tender and battered perfectly. Fried Catfish is flaky and fried home stlye. The hamburgers Texas sized, fresh, hand smashed and served on sweet, fresh baked buns. Everything Ive eaten has been superb. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Dinner served on the weekends only. Breakfast and lunch is available seven days a week.

Usually have a good experience here but last time part of my breakfast was cold. The waitress never came back to see how we were doing. I told them at checkout, but somehow it was my fault that I did not shout down a manager. Funny thing is I have had this almost exact experience with them before, something goes wrong and they dont even attempt to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how you handle it after that makes the difference. They handle it VERY poorly here. In short, when it is good, its good, but if you have something go wrong dont expect them to make it right.

Been eating here off and on for the last 5 years...food is excellent and a great deal. Whole family loves their Chicken Fried Steak. Pot Roast and even Catfish are excellent. They are usually only open for breakfast and lunch but do have dinner hours on some days. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Only 1 time was our meal served late (Somehow gotten forgotten in the shuffle) and they made up for it by giving us free desert and let us take a free pie home for the trouble. (Those pies are awesome) Will continue to visit them and enjoy the food.

Coffee was excellent both times Ive been, when I could get the waitresses to refill it. Not very attentive to the coffee drinkers, apparently. Breakfast food was very good. Seating for 5 has to contend with 6 person tables that have 2 people seated, otherwise theyll stick you on the high table around the corner. Facebook checkin coupon is limited to 2 trips (not on the same day), only for web Facebook access or iPhoners, and apparently only gives you a free drink. Disappointing for those of us with smarter phones.

We stopped by for breakfast & were warmly greeted by gentleman. Probably the owner. Ordered omelets & they were fantastic - perfect value & superior flavor & taste. Coffee was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly - made us feel right at home. We will go back again. Good breakfast places are hard to come by in Keller but this one is a winner. Only thing I would change is we waited a while for our credit card to be processed - they were getting busy so next time will just go to the cunter to pay.

I used to eat at the one in NRH untill it was sold but this location has it beat on all counts. A caring owner, and great food. I had breakfast and my wife had lunchand we both finished everything on our plates. The food was great. We then tried a piece of the toffee pie and that was perhaps the best pie I have ever had in my life. Rich, tastey and piled high with whipped cream. This is our new go to place for breakfast and lunch. I cant wait to try the homemade soups.

I had gone there for years until I found a roach in my coffee. The manager never came over to check leaving the poor waitress to try and apologize. They didnt charge me for the coffee but you would think a regular customer that had been going to this restaurant for 5+ years would at least get the manager to come over and say something about a roach in my coffee.... have not been there since.

I went there once and I wont go back again. First we asked for a highchair, waitress didnt bring it to us. We had to get it by ourselves. Then I got my meal, my biscuits are raw! So disguising. I told the waitress and she brought me another two. One is done and another one is still raw. And I dont know why the ham and the sausage had a old oil taste. Its so gross.
