Maybe we just caught this places F team on a bad day; with how they were complaining about not having an extra staff member and took them almost ten minutes to make my drink wrong, Id believe it. I used to be a barista in the cities, and ordered a simple macchiato; two shots of espresso, dot of milk, maybe a spoonful at most. Watched the two ladies behind the counter struggle to make a single drink, and observed unsanitary practices like either wiping down the foaming wand and not purging the inside of the nozzle with steam, or just not wiping down the wand and the equipment after making a mess. I recieved a drink that was more milk and water than actual espresso, by which time my desire for coffee was long gone. Not intending on coming back. House fried mini donuts is the only reason to come here, maybe. Theres nobody there certified Serv-Safe, so eat and drink at your risk. This place has the potential to be so, so much better. Sad their workers distaste for their jobs is so painfully obvious.

Really convenient location. Unfortunately, in my experience, drink preparation is really inconsistent. Something simple like a drip coffee or syrup coated latte might be fine. I am always surprised when I get a cappuccino - as soon as Im handed the cup I can tell if itll be decent or bad based on if it feels like a full cup of boiled milk. Its basically a plain latte. To the owners: I really like the place, I think that when the business opened it was great - when tons of new people started working consistensy went down hill fast. I tried again after a few months. Id encourage you to go and sample a cappuccino from Starbucks, Stumbeanos, Sandys, almost anywhere and tell me its not better or more consistent.

Walked in to a good atmosphere, but the service was very lacking. Maybe the girl taking orders was having a bad day or something, but she didnt speak clearly, seemed to have little interest, and did nothing to help the other two. It took 25 minutes to get our three drinks and I watched 7 orders go to the drive through before they even touched ours, and when they did, they served the people who got there after us. They also gave a wrong drink but I didnt feel the need to wait another 20 minutes. If the cashier did more than attempt to take orders maybe it would be better but It was very poor that day.

They seem to be more focused on the decor and doughnuts, less on the coffee and easily one on the worst Americanos Ive had. It lacked any resemblance of coffee or coffee flavor. While I can appreciate the well staffed crew of 5 people, they obviously had little to do but complain about a newspaper that had to been "stolen" by one of the customers. It was not stolen, rather, it was being read by me a paying customer. Disappointing on many levels, pass and try Dunn Brothers down the road. Putting a mini doughnut on your cup doesnt make up for the poor coffee.

The coffee is decent, and the little donuts that are placed on top are a nice touch. The atmosphere is open and friendly. However I wasn’t impressed with the food in the slightest. I ordered the oatmeal and it was terrible undercooked. I went back to the counter to let them know and see if they could heat it up and they put it in the microwave for a few seconds and returned it to me still very undercooked, the oats were practically raw. It was prepackaged too I dont know how they messed that up. Again good coffee but will never get food from here again.

I ordered a dark chocolate mocha and a white chocolate mocha. Both tasted like steamed milk. If you like coffee but hate the taste this is your place. I dont know if there is a single shot of espresso in either of them. They are great for fair-style mini donuts but lack luster in the beans category. I was hoping they would be better because its always good to support a local establishment but I dont enjoy a 5 dollar cup of hot milk. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Lovely decor, furnishings and good food, though a bit on the high-priced end for what you get. I brought my computer and planned to do some photo editing. But I got an almost immediate headache from the greasy donut smell. Im amazed that others are rating this extra so high because that greasy smell completely ruins the atmosphere for me. I had to wash my jacket when I got home because it absorbed the odor. I will not be going back.

I highly recommend to others! Me and my girlfriend have been going for morning coffee before errands on the weekend for a few months. Staff are always super friendly and let us know what the roast of the day is as have never mixed up an on us so far. The doughnuts, while good they are extremely inconsistent lately. They have either been under cooked or overcooked.

The service is always pleasant. The place can get a little crowded during peak times. They always seem to have the newspaper there. The brewed coffee is great. It comes with a little mini donut and is delicious. You can order these in a small or large quantity as well. They have a medium roast, dark roast, and flavor of the day. My biggest gripe is no light roast.

Everything Ive had at Beans so far has been great. Love the Smores Mocha! The mini-doughnut that comes with each hot drink is a great touch! Only complaint is that the drive thru tends to be a bit slow during some peak times (when theres a longer line), but hey...I still wait, so thats a good sign :)

Great interior (very modern with contemporary fixtures and seating), clean bathroom, nice little corner for kids to play while you enjoy coffee, and the mini donuts are awesome! Great place to come sit down or use the drive thru. Only down side...I couldnt find the Wi-Fi.

Donuts with hot drinks or on the side are great. Coffee drinks have been great the multiple times weve been. Got a couple fruit smoothies last time and you could tell they used fresh fruit. It was delicious. Great place to get coffee if youre near the new hospital.

Owners are def evangelicals and let you know this fact. Bring headphones if you dont want to listen to religious music. Good coffee. Smells like donuts, not coffee. Place has a upper-middle class suburbanite vibe, not creative, artistic feel. WiFi is solid.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago to meet with my florist for my wedding. Everything was clean and not very noisy. I love the bar seating! Very relaxed vibe and the coffee for delicious! The mini doughnut at the top was delicious as well! such a cute idea!

Coffee is good and atmosphere is exceptional. Their pricing is much better than Dunn Bros and slightly better than Starbucks or Caribou. Their drive-through is relatively fast. My only wish is that they had some breakfast & lunch sandwiches.

This place made my day! The staff was very kind and the place was bright and clean and smelled of doughnuts which I found wonderful. The doughnut was amazing too and just the perfect amount with coffee! Ill definitely be going back!
