I work just down the road at Lees Grilled Cheese and I think I speak for the entire staff when I say we couldnt possibly survive the long crazy shifts without our savior World Blend. Whenever the word "coffee" is even whispered at my work , everyone throws money at me and yells orders making me the runner that has to go down the road and pick-up like 6 different drinks. Regardless of what you choose to get here, its going going to taste great. The only time I even go to Starbucks anymore is on Sundays when the store is closed, and even then its just not the same....I personally love the Sea Salt Caramel and Big Bang. My Co-workers usually get either the Cold press Coffee with Chocolate or Twix Frappe. Valdy (sorry if spelled wrong) is just a terrifically nice guy and is most likely the reincarnation of a Coffee God. We really appreciate you and your business! So thank you!

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful with a great study area! We recently discovered World Blend when my wife met a nice little boy at an arts and crafts camp. He was waiting for his mom to pick him up and began playing with our kids. He told my wife about a wonderful coffee shop, his dad owned, close to where we lived, he was such a good kid my wife said we have to check it out. Going in the first time the owner made us feel at home and showed us around, having a mail area in the shop reminds me of coffee shops outside the US. I go here to get a iced coffee and study for an exam I have coming up but I really can’t wait to see what this place is like in the fall and winter time. If you love good coffee and a peaceful environment, check out this place.

Great coffee, friendly owner. I walked in and when I asked the owner about the cold brewed coffee, it was like becoming an instant friend. You can tell how passionate he is about the process. It really shows in the coffee. It is pricey, but the cold brewed coffee almost tastes like liquid dark chocolate. They use a nice dark roast, which I love because it minimizes the acid. I will say that the shipping element of the business is super confusing. I was hesitant about whether or not I was walking into the right business. Despite that, its all a good experience and I see myself coming back.

OVERPRICED, to sum it up for you. The owner was working alone in the morning, and had phone ringing, mobile orders, and people inside, and was unable to handle it himself. I paid over $5 for a large drink, but got a small. I couldnt have him correct it, because I had already waited over 15 minutes, and would be late. I ordered a burrito as well, paid over $5 for that, and it was disgusting. The whole thing was dry, no meat (I ordered chorizo), and just wasnt edible. I threw it away after 3 bites at my job. Total bull, dont waste your time or money.

Ive been hooked on Vals french vanilla lattes for years (since he opened). Far better than Starbucks will ever be. I love the atmosphere and its a great place to read a book or get some work done. I love they way Val connects with the community, from open mic nights, to talent showcases and special kids times. The shipping center is convenient, saves a trip to the post office and I get a great latte at the same time. The fraps are wonderful when its 100 outside. The pigs are the best sausage rolls ever. Ill have the usual "my friend".

So thankful I was introduced to this place by a friend. It is such a great place to come and drink good coffee without all the hassle of your typical Starbucks. I completely enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the range of drinks offered. This to me is what a true coffee shop should be like. As for the shipping portion I find it quite convenient. The pigs in the blanket are the best Ive ever had because theyre made with a flaky crust that I personally prefer. Overall I cant recommend this place enough!!!!

This is the third owner to move in, but Val really gets it. He has created a "corner store" that feels like old time Texas, a neighborhood joint. He runs a post office, too, and makes the best coffee and other drinks (great smoothies) around. Hey, this guy remembers your name, too. "Ill have the usual, Val." Like Cheers! Everyone in the 76137 and 76148 area code needs to pop into World Blend at the southeast intersection of Basswood Blvd and Park Vista Blvd in the shopping center. It feels like Mayberry.

I first discovered this company looking for something to eat vs fast food on ubereats. The chicken salad sandwich was yummy...so good ordered it again and thought...lets see how great their iced coffee is...that was three days ago...guess what Ive had three days in a row now...iced vanilla coffee. Strong and smooth...my staff loved it and even my boss smiled and said it was great! Hands down...Id choose World Blend over any other coffee place in our area!

This is my regular go to coffee shop. They focus on using high quality ingredients, the almond milk used in my lattes is organic non sweetened. Which is kind of a big deal to me. The higher quality ingredients a business uses the more it says about how much they care about pleasing their customers. The man that works is always very friendly and provides fast service. Ive never had to wait very long at all. I would much rather go here than Starbucks.

I LOVE this place!. One of the pleasures is getting coffee every morning. I have tried most of the specialty drinks and they are wonderful, hot, delicious coffee!! The best thing about this coffee shop is the owners! They are friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favorite cofeeshop so far. Its cozy with wide option for drinks and seats. It feels like home more than a shop. Definitely recommend and I encourage support of this local business.

My Wife and I went there for the first time today and we will definitely return. We didnt have time to stay but the comfy seating, a collection of intriguing books, and a pleasant owner were all very welcoming. He offered many seasonal drinks as well as long time favorites. And to this reviewers delight he was offered a cayenne latte which was delicious, spicy, and flavorful! This will be perfect heading into the colder months.

Got 2 small caramel iced coffees and it was about $9.50 total. Insane prices. The prices arent even listed on the menu so you have to ask. Atmosphere is crappy, its half a post office so imagine a 40 year old lady in her mid-life crisis decorating a UPS and then throwing in a coffee bar. Yeah. I wanted to like this place but honestly id prefer sitting in a 7-11 parking lot drinking instant coffee than this place..

This is by far my favorite local coffee shop. Val and Gery are active in the community and do many things to support local community groups. There all always meetings for young families, children, and businesses. The coffee and Vals drink creations are always great. Prices are better than the big unnamed chain and his drink variety is better than other local coffee shops. You got to give this place a try.
