Most authentic Parisian cuisine in San Antonio. Owned and run by French family that provides exquisite attention to the quality of the ingredients, preparation, and presentation. The food is delicately prepared to draw out the flavors of the ingredients without the heavy sauces found in many French restaurants. The best restaurant in San Antonio for those who are looking for fine dining that doesnt make you worry about your cholesterol.

Its not just a bakery--its an authentic and quintessentially FRENCH bakery that is as good or better than the best I have enjoyed in France during our annual travels throughout France over the past 20 years. From the bread, tarts, and specialties to the soups, sandwiches, and salads. And the wines! We are so lucky to have the Nykiels and their retinue. May they live long and prosper!
