Ordinary from the outside, where it is tucked in a short strip next to a fast food restaurant and a check cashing place, this intimate restaurant is beautifully zen and very relaxing on the inside. Ive eaten here several times, two days ago being the latest, and Ive enjoyed every bite . . . and Im a bit on the critical side. Granted, there is little left to the imagination anywhere when it comes to the standard American Chinese fare -- but the difference is in preparation, seasoning and service, and this place appears to work very hard to get it all right. It has evolved from a nice Chinese restaurant into a true Asian one, including Thai and Japanese dishes. No restaurant gets everything right 100% of the time. On the one occasion when my dish was too spicy, the waitress worked quickly to resolve the issue, amidst copious apologies, and replaced my meal. The difference is in how the inevitable problems get resolved. As for the food, Im a very big fan of the Chicken Pineapple and the Lemon Chicken, but I stray to their Mongolian Beef or the Curried Vegetables when Im in the mood for more spice. And the Crab Rangoon are the best Ive had anywhere -- and Ive traveled a lot. Im not a big sushi fan, but I love both their asparagus and the cucumber and avocado. The prices are very reasonable here, too. Ive never suggested this place to anyone who didnt thank me!

Good Chinese food, good sushi. No, it wasnt amazing, but everything was correct, tasty, and correct in our order. Overall, I could have given this place 4 stars but after reading the reviews I felt like it far exceeded my expectations. Shame on the reviewer that gave them 1 star for it "not being spicy enough". If youre looking for sushi in Lakewood this is pretty much your only choice, and its a good one. Their Chinese food is on par with some of the other (better) places in Lakewood as well.

My friends curry chicken dish was giant and delicious, but I ordered sushi and wasnt impressed. (Im a sushi connoisseur.) Its not that it wasnt freshk it just didnt taste delicious. So if you dont want sushi, but enjoy an extensive menu of generously proportioned Asian cuisine, this is a good restaurant. Also, theres an intriguing aquarium when you walk in, and cool ambiance overall, but the aquarium is waaaay overpopulated for the number and size of the fish, and this concerns me.

Wonton Soup: Tasteless and basic Egg Roll: Bland Egg Foo Young: Saltiest thing Ive ever tasted Fried Rice: Sad looking and again, very bland Overall Experience: Poor/disappointing Shouldve worked more on food, less on decor. Trying too hard to be trendy. Wouldnt recommend eating here unless youre okay with below average, tasteless extremely salty food. I feel so sorry for the people who think this place is the best Chinese food around. Its not even close.

I am a regular customer walk in for pick up and delivery , and yet they just told me they couldnt give me the time of day to deliver ,"they were too backed up and cant deliver",its a shame, I use to like them. Thanks Molly for showing me that my business loyalty aint worth crap. I guess I will order a pizza instead of pot stickers, beef Lo mein, general tso and two pork egg rolls. A loss of what 30.00 but hey you were too backed up.

If flavorless Chinese food is what your looking for this is the place to go...when they first reopened their food was good....we gave them three more tries after receiving bland food. We ordered the food spicy hot and and asked them to please make it spicy but receive it bland and tasteless. Ive called to let them know but its obvious they really dont care if your unhappy.

I love it here! This is the best Chinese inspired takeout from Cleveland to Denver. Yes Ive searched in my travels! I worked here for a few years and ate the food 2 times a day for many years and could never get tired of it. Every other takeout Chinese restaurant fails to provide this level of delicious quality food. If you go elsewhere youre wasting money.

Ive eaten here several times in the last few months as we have been working in the area. Ive always enjoyed it and none of the crew have ever complained. Prices are fair and the portions are large. I order the Chicken Chow Mein and the Sweet and Sour Pork which is more than enough to fill my belly. Service is always fast and friendly.

I just had some pretty disappointing sesame chicken from here. The chicken was fatty and stringy and the sauce was pretty bland. I dont have the highest standards for Chinese takeout, but itd be nice if I could at least make it through the meal. Looks like Im out the $10 for my meal and Ill be having PB&J for dinner instead. :-/

Nothing to complain about as far as the food goes. My problem with this place is that they charge over 4 dollars for delivery and no where on the site or on the menu does it say that. A dollar or two I can understand but when I order $9.80 cents worth of food and my total is $14.10 something is wrong.

This is my favorite Chinese place in Lakewood. We have it delivered, and it always arrives piping hot and very quickly. The food portions are HUGE and have a TON of flavor. They come in nice containers, so they last a few days in the fridge. I have never had a bad experience with any of the food Ive tried!

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately the food wasnt good. Add me to the list of people saying "grocery store sushi is better". I usually go to the Giant Eagle down the street for sushi, but figured id try this place today, and i wish i would have gone to Giant Eagle instead.

Dont bother with the sushi. Their rice is wet, their tuna has no flavor, their avocado dissolves when you try to pick it up. I wont be ordering it again. Such a shame, Lakewood needs a good sushi place. Grocery store sushi is better than this place.

This is my favorite place for Asian cuisine in Lakewood. They recently reopened after being closed for remodeling for months, and I was floored by the new look! The food hasnt changed, and you can now enjoy it in a beautiful setting.
