If I could rate a negative number I would, I was in line and asked for a supreme gordita and was told by the guy taking the order that they dont have gorditas, then I ordered a pot pie, and again he tells me "we dont got that" so I stopped because it sounded like he was just telling me they didnt have anything I asked for. So I asked for a t6. He then tells me "do you want the gordita or what?", I was like umm yes. He says OK how many. I said 3, he says OK drive up. I told him I needed to order more and he gets mad and says what else!. I dont know whats going on at the location but thats it for me and my family. No more business for any of the locations taco bells KFC and pizza huts. I have had bad experiences here but never like this. I saw quite a few employees in there and couldnt tell all there names but the guys name tag who took the order was alaric. He was rude and horrible, no customer service. I still cant believe the guy. It was sad to see and upsetting

If there was a half a star I would put this! This is the saddest Taco Bell ever!! We get there and employees are standing around like twiddle deep and twiddle dumb when there is a line of about 7 people ready to order. After they got going on their superb customer service they apparently took a break seen as to the line of customers waiting for about 20 plus minutes. After we got our food we the experienced excellent ettequette in the kitchen area. It was like cheap dinner and a show.... I mean where else can u get a free fight! Two supervisors and they still couldnt get it under control!

Awful!!!!! Our order wasnt even close to being correct. What makes it worse is we had to sit in the line for ten minutes and listen to the staff talk about politics and their conspiracy theories. Maybe if they paid more attention to their job and less about celebrities, famous people and the conspiracies they think they were involved in our order would have been correct. I cannot believe the ignorance and lack of work ethic that seems to be acceptable here.

Unable to get orders right and forgets your order. I will not return to Taco Bell again. I have a Taco Bell closer to my house that always messes up my order. They always get my order wrong, doesnt give me a completed order, and are very slow. I thought it was just that Taco Bell but now I believe theyre all train that way. So if you like bad service go to Taco Bell.

The service was quick, the building was well-maintained, and if I wasnt in such a hurry, I probably would have chosen to sit down and eat. The food was warm, but my only gripe was the fact there wasnt enough of a slushy (for lack of a better name) to fill up a cup. Although, the cashier did offer to fill the rest of the cup with some other flavor, and I accepted.

I AM VERY SICK I GOT A STOMACH VIRUS FROM HERE. MY MOM ORDERED ME 4 DORITOS LOCOS TACOS AND SOUR CREAM FOR THE FIRST TIME THEY BARELY PUT MEAT ON IT IT WAS MORE LETUSE THEN ANYTHING. NOT MUCH CHESE AND I STILL MANAGED TO GET SICK. I ATE 2 AT FIRST AN THEN THE OTHER 2 LATER AN I BEEN ON THE TOLIET ALL NIGHT DO NOT EAT HERE

We spent $40.00 and they messed up our order an gave us attutide when we asked for them to fix it. The chicken strips were fried to sh** and then she explained that all the chicken is extra crispy so needless to say ..... We will never return to tacobell. So thank you to the rude manager Miss D. At 12:45pm on 06/25/2017.

Dont bother going here. I waited 45 minutes for lunch and never got my food or the customer after me or the one after that...Complete utter incompetence served with a puzzled look is all youll get here. The supervisor in black needs to find the unemployment line! Yes, I blame you. Get it together! RIDICULOUS!

While I do enjoy having 20 minutes to sit in my car and ponder life, doing so while waiting for illiterate mudflaps to figure out how to take orders is not my ideal. Ill never know if the food is edible because I and the two cars around me will probably die in this line. Tell my brother he can have my xbox.

I work at the tattoo shop across the street from this crap hole. Not once, in 5 years, have they ever gotten my order right. Think I would learn my lesson right? The management is a joke. Rude, abrasive, sarcastic, and all around buttholes! Avoid this place at all cost. Otherwise risk getting food herpes!

The food prep is decent. But going through the drive through takes FOREVER. Ive been sitting here for 15 mins and havent even reached the speaker yet. Speed it up guys. Your window time is probably awful I do see how ur DM doesnt jump yall for that

I have been in the drive through line for over 10 minutes. Slowest fast food restaurant...EVER!!! Saw a manager through the window standing there with his arms crossed doing NOTHING and they are slammed. This problem is all management.

Horrible service. Slow, rude, careless. Burritos are always torn. Sour cream not there or glopped to one side. No one cares here. Dont bother, the new taco bell on the other side of Pat Booker has competent managers.

The manager spat in my eye after calling me a donkey-man child. Never going to go there in my cosplay ever again. Food was pretty dope though,even if the manager kept spitting in it, 4 out of 5.

I ordered 4 taco supreme, they instead gave me 4 cheesy chalupas. The manager was kind enough to give me my correct order. Overall they dont deserve a four but they dont deserve a 2 either.
