Inconsistent. My husband, daughter and I have been to this location 3 or 4 times. We have ordered hamburgers, chicken tenders, fries, fountain drinks, blasts and shakes. Everything was great until our last visit. Two weeks ago, we ordered an Oreo blast, a banana shake and a chocolate shake. All three cups (all mediums) looked like they contained only vanilla ice cream. It wasnt until we got to the bottoms of our cups that we saw the slight evidence of Oero crumbs (about the equivalent of 1/4 of an Oero), banana (4" piece) and chocolate syrup (about a teaspoon). The ice cream taseted good, butthat wasnt what we ordered. Train your employees, please, or you will be losing your business to the Sonic 5 minutes down FM 1103.

They are beyond slow at this location, waited 15 mins for a large strawberry lemonade! Employees need to be trained on how to provide good customer service. I placed my order and drove up to the window, the lady opens the window and says "yes" to me. Yes what?? Another lady came over and asked if I ordered a strawberry lemonade, I informed her that I did. This was my 2nd bad experience with this location, it will be the last.

I specifically said NO cheese in my breakfast croissant, twice, because this is a problem with burgers too. Guess,,,,cheese. I cant eat processed cheese, i get very sick, so being ffar enough away not to be able to turn around, i skipped eating, until i could get home this evening.

Food had a funky taste to it, I always get tater tots whenever I go to sonic but these ones here had a really weird taste to it. My husbands fries tasted stale. We also got a brownie cookie dough milk shake, the brownies tasted stale as well. Was not impressed with this location.

Truly the worst sonic Ive ever gone to, they have two drive through slots but even if you are there first at the second slot, a car that comes into the first one after you gets a attended to before you. I only keep coming to this location because its the closest one to my house.

Good food. Terriable service. Completely ignored 1/3 orders. Gave the wrong order. I ordered grilled asiago. Ticket said grilled asiago. Didnt not get grilled asiago. If they would turn down their music so they could hear the orders; instead of saying uh or can you repeat that.

I feel completely ripped off. A "family size popcorn chicken that wouldnt feed 2 kids was almost $11! Plus no dipping sauce. The only way Im going back to Sonic is for a shake and thats questionable now.
