In fairness Im a carnivore, but Im not a fanatical carnivore, so when I got here and saw they offered "meat" I decided to try it out. Super nice staff. I got a "burger" with "real" cheese (they asked) and jalapenos, fries and a drink. Bonus on the soda...different types of real root beers...lemon lime, etc. Yummy. The fries were ok...normal. The burger....the first thing I noticed was what appeared to be processed American cheese, which surprised me...does processed American cheese belong in anyplace that touts "natural"? Next, the bread was flat....wasnt unleavened...just not much there. Couldnt pin down what the burger tasted like...it wasnt horrible...it was kind of interesting, but not so much that I would have to have another to solve the mystery. On the other hand it was less than $10. In the end if youre a carnivore and looking for a BURGER dont come here...its worth checking out if youre curious, but I have a feeling this could get better over time...think horseless carriages and Wright brother planes.

As an Austin-based vegan food blogger, my excitement for the opening of Texass first vegetarian burger joint grew exponentially leading up to my visit. The owners operate my favorite vegetarian restaurant, Green Cuisine, also in San Antonio. Earth Burger is a bit more casual. It really is a fast-food burger and sandwich joint for vegetarians. Nearly everything is vegan. Anything that isnt is clearly marked. Its also wonderfully delicious. I ordered the Chopped BBQ Sandwich. I loved the flavorful barbecue sauce and the fluffy bun it came on. The crinkle fries are sprinkled with seasonings. Theyre also creamy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Perfect. Oh, and they make the best vegan soft serve Ive ever had!

Earth Burger saved my life and possibly others life as well. I went to San Antonio for work training for a week and stayed near the airport. Nearly zero vegan restaurants around and I progressively became hangrier and on the verge of murder as people kept offering side salads as a whole meal, because thats all that vegans eat, right? Wrong. Then my wonderful fiancé found earth burger. Oh, wonderful earth burger. I ordered the earth burger and the spicy chicken sandwich. They did not disappoint. Delicious, satisfying, and vegan. No risk of getting the runnies because they forgot to veganize it. My one question now is, when will you guys come to Dallas?

This place is wonderful for quick vegan/vegetarian food. We take our kids there when we want to give them something special, and make them feel less "different" than friends who eat meat. The coconut soft serve is wonderful and a really big serving, 2 or 3 of us share it. My husband likes the Quinoa burger. My son usually gets the corn dog. I have a wheat allergy so I get the gf burger, with lettuce wrap instead of bun b/c I find the bun to be too dense and dry. Fries are also very nice here. The service is also very friendly. One thing that could be improved is the shading inside the restaurant, it can get very hot inside so be mindful of that.

Overall I liked it. First point I am not a Vegan or the like. However, I do enjoy all types of food. Now my favorite is the Chick-n Sandwich. Its crispy and has a nice spice. 2nd favorite is the Fysh Sandwich-Very good IMHO. Now sadly I must report the regular "burger" doesnt taste all that good. Sad I know but it isnt. Moving on, Sodas are by Maine Root (watch out for the Ginger Brew its SPICY). Think I might get have Ginger Brew and half Chia Lemonade and see how that works out. Havent tried the Kale Salad as of yet but I hear great things. They have good portions and good food all for $8.00.

Overall food was pretty decent, first time we have been and I was pleased with most of our order. They could add a few more salad pieces and pickles to the burger. Very filling though. The downside are the fries that came with our orders... Very small portions in my view as well as cheap crinkle fries, the kind you get out of a frozen bag. I find that too much of a cost saving exercise. There should be authentic chunky style real potato fries. I would return again though and sample other things from the menu, which although limited has just enough variation to warrant multiple visits.

Got the orange chicken bowl and the quality of the protein wasnt very good. Seemed frozen and tough. However, from the beginning of our visit to the end, the very professional manager (Im guessing) took care of us and made sure we were enjoying our meals. He offered another dish to make sure I was satisfied. He was taking orders and walking the food over to customers. Without that customer service, Im not sure I would come back, but I am willing to give it another chance because of how great my experience was!

The best thing i had was the Ginger Brew! OMG! If i lived closer i would drink gallons of that stuff! The spicy chicken sandwich is pretty awesome good too. Im not a fan of the chopped BBQ sandwich, it kinda reminded me of dog food with some BBQ sauce. The kale salad was ok, Im not big on kale usually and i got it down so thats something... and the coconut ice cream was delicious. If I am in area again sometime I will get the biggest ginger brew they offer with the spicy chicken sandwich combo.

Great vegan food! The drive thru is speedy. Ive ordered everything. The kale salad is awesome it has a lemony dressing but its a balanced sweet and sour. The coconut ice cream as well. The brownie is very sweet, nutty, moist and according to my husband has a fishy aroma. (It didnt occur to me to smell it) I agree though. The chicken look like the gardein kind from the grocery store though. I dont order the fries theyre plain. Theyre lemonaid has chia seeds its awesome and so is there tea.

I absolutely adore this place. I go once a week sometimes more. The Earth Burger is super yummy and their Coconut Soft-Serve is out of this world. The staff is always rad and even though they mess up my order sometimes, I cant stay mad because theyre human and make mistakes AND they always correct it or compensate me for it. Moving to Ventura in July and I am going to miss the hell out of this place! THEY NEED TO ADD A BUFFALO CHIKN SANDWHICH TO THE MENU.

I wasnt that WOW!!! About it. I have had better. Customer Service isnt that great but its a lawsuit waiting to happen! Because of the rain they must have had a crack on the ceiling...and water was everywhere. I tell this to the staff, to which it took five minutes to find someone to not focus on the drive through only to tell them water is everywhere "can I help mop it up!" We were there for 20 minutes and Nope...nada....AYE!!!

My second visit and it was just as good as my first. This place is awesome from the customer service to the food. The place is clean and inviting. This place is a definite 5 star in fast food. I am now a regular patron of this establishment. Earthburger #1. If you have not tried it. You are missing alot. So do not be left out TRY EARTHBURGER TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOREVER!!!!!!!! A totally rocking joint.
