i wish i could give this zero star but google wont let me. where do i even begin. i ordered chicken avocado club and when i got it it was drenched in ranch dressing. it didnt even look like a sandwich it look like a pile of ranch dressing. i take as much off as i could and still too much. i take a bite ranch dressing dripping everywhere. all over my hands. i had to use 12 napkins. the ranch dressipocalypse. all i can taste is ranch dressing cant even taste avocado or chicken. just ranch dressing. i didnt order an entire bottle of ranch dressing i order a sandwich. and then the fries. the fries practically swimming in the grease. most places use a mesh scoop to take out the food so the oil doesnt comes out with the food. apparently not smashburger. apparently they pour the whole frier onto plate. i did not ask for the entire vat of grease to be dumped on my plate just the fries. completely dissatisfied. i also got ketchup on my shirt. very disappoint

We really like their burgers and especially their veggie fries but we went last Sunday and my husband had a piece of plastic in his burger. We were pretty sure it was the wrapper from the cheese so we showed it to the manager to make sure they started paying attention to it for future people. We didnt want anything in return. A couple minutes later the manager came to the table and said he would refund our meal. He didnt take our credit card or anything. I didnt think the credit machine would refund our account unless our card was used but he acted like he knew what he was doing. We checked our account a few days after this happened and they had not refunded us. We didnt expect anything from them but when they say they will do something, they dont necessarily do it. That is what made me mad. We will probably go back but I wont be so patient next time something goes wrong.

We went in for dinner. I ordered and asked for a white milk for the kids meal. The employee grabbed my signed receipt and was about to leave. I asked her do I get the milk from you? She says oh yeah a proceeds to look in the refrigerator behind the counter. She tells me that they may be out of white milk for now. I said okay so you dont have any in the back refrigerator then that you could check and see. She replies, " well its just I have other things I need to do right now". I guess she saw my look and changed her mind. She ended up going to the back and came back with milk. I dont know how they train their employees but that is never an acceptable response to tell a customer ever. Thats why they get a one star. Food was okay.

My family has eaten at this Smashburger a dozen times in the past year and have been happy. We went this past Sunday and had a terrible experience. Every sandwich was made wrong, when we sent them back they came back wrong again. After sending it back for the second time we just gave up and ate what we were given. Everything was over cooked. The chicken was incredibly dry and hard, the French fries were so over cooked they crunched like chips and the hamburger was just ok. I ate about half my sandwich and 4 fries and decided the calories just werent worth it. Basically it was $35 wasted. Im not sure well go back anytime soon. It was pretty awful, not worth the risk with other options around.

I wish I can put ZERO star if I can right now. I ordered chicken cobb salad. First of all I did not even got all the ingredients that are supposed to be there. I told them to change it but then again they just add egg on top of it and bring it back. There r only tomatoes and onions. The place was dirty and workers are not fast enough to clean the tables. Please DO NOT come this place. I had smashburger in the past in other state and it was very good. BUT this place is NOT!!!! Where is the manager at?????? I wish the manager and company read all the reviews and do something about it. I will never come back to this place!!!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Ordered my food online. Got home and found that instead of the spicy buffalo fries I spent $2.29 on were regular fries. I called the store and was told I needed to bring the regular fries back to get the fries I paid for and he hung up. I called back to ask for a refund for the fries because I was not going to drive back and exchange fries. I was told that there was no one in the store that could authorize the refund. I was told the GM would be back at 4PM and I could call back at that time. This was the first time Ive eaten at Smashburger and will also be the last. Great customer service #Smashburger...hope you can sense the sarcasm.

The cashier was very rude . When he delivered the food , it was like he just threw it on the table . I ordered an order of fries , it took 15 minutes to get a small order of fries , there was about 6 employees standing just talking so I had to get up and get my fries . I cant believe there was 6 people and the place was made a mess , fries and napkins on the floor it was a mess .

AMAZING BURGERS, Ive only been here once and the last time i was here was about 5 years ago. if i can still remember this place that long ago then that really says a lot about the burgers here. Ive only been here once due to the price, and trying to get healthier; it is not a reflection of the burgers itself. in fact once i come back from college ill give it another go.

My 14 year old son and I love the Sauteed Mushroom Swiss burgers. He prefers the beef, I prefer the chicken. We also love the smash fries and new smash sweet potato fries. Rootbeer floats are good and Im going to try the new Butterfinger shake. When you want something different and not a bland "fast food" type of burger, this is a good choice.

Visited one time with a friend, he was fine and I was sick from food poisoning for 2 weeks. My brother who worked at Sports Authority stated they were intentionally doing things to the food when African Americans came in to dine or order food. If there was a rating that would allow for no star I would have selected that option instead!!

Good burgers but they started closing two hours early. The posted closing time was 10pm but on a Saturday night they locked the doors at 8:30. It was very odd. They had already started closing everything when we got there so they werent willing to make any shakes. Also a little pricey, especially since everything is ordered separately.
