BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD, & THEFT! We went to the Riverwalk and were looking for a good place to eat. This establishment came highly recommended by family. However from the time we entered it was a huge disappointment. POOR SERVICE We had to ask for menus, ask our server (Johnny) for drinks, and then ask for refills several times. When the food came we had to ask for corrections. One member in our party is gluten free, and they brought the bun touching everything! Another member of our group asked for the onion rings that came on her sandwich to be put on the side. Well, the server added a side of onion rings to her order, yes he still charged us for these. BAD FOOD: Juicy Lucy burger was just not impressive at all. Not juicy, not a lot of cheese. I cant speak for anyone else, but I got the impression that no one in our party was impressed with their food. We had 6 adults and one child in our party. The Theft: Good or bad, we did not leave the server a tip. I have the receipt and when I am balancing my statement I found that the server (Johnny) decided to give himself a generous tip, not once but twice. First he increased our total by $15.00. Then he added a charge of $12.81 to our credit card. STEALING is unacceptable! The manager is working on refunding us the unapproved amounts, however, I expect this server to be fired. We wont be back to this establishment and recommend you save your money and eat somewhere else.

I have gone twice because of my husbands love for burgers and sports. I love the enviroment, but I will say the service was awful. The first time was fantastic but the waitress got my order wrong. The food was good and service was fast. The second time I visited was on a Friday night with a few friends. It took about 10 minutes to seat us, which I was fine with. We were sat next to a large family which was uncomfortable I couldnt move. I took over 40 minutes to get our food but there was a pretty good size crowd. What pissed me off was the waitress, I do not know if she didnt like me. She was rude to me only none of my friends. I orderded a margarita and it was so strong I could barely drink it. I would have said something but she never came back to check on us. Then I seen the bartender and her laughing and looking my directions so I am actually wondering if they did it on purpose? I was very upset and to make matters worse a woman was extremly intoxicated coming down the stairs! She was yelling and almost falling the staff just stared at her! I dont know if she was drunk before she got there but by the taste of my extremely strong margarita I wonder now. Like I said dont go on a friday night and do not piss off the waitresses.

I am writing reviews for everything I can for our trip to San Antonio, so if I leave a 1 star it was necessary. TL;DR: Burger was very DRY and seemed like a reheated fully cooked frozen patty from Walmart. Onion Rings were soggy and cold. Told waiter about bad food and was still charged full price, no attempt made to correct the situation. We sat outside under an umbrella during a nice afternoon. Immediatley after getting seated, the couple next to us asks out waiter to fix a few mess ups from thier order. I guess thier onion rings were cold and soggy and they got the wrong dressing on the salad. When the waiter finally came to get our order, there was a small bee eating on crumbs all over the ground. This bee cause a way over-the-top panic and quite the scene on the Riverwalk. We got our order in and it took a very long time, and the food came out terrible. I didnt even finish my blue cheese burger for reasons stated above. We only saw our waiter when we called for service. When I told the waiter about the bad food all we got was "Im sorry, thats too bad", no attempt to correct the situation. Not a good place to grab lunch!

Arrived at 1p on a monday.. seated immediately.. drink order taken 10 min later... ALL downhill from there ... noted the menu advertised "hand cut fries"...and what was being served around us were not hand cut fries Next we waited at least 15 minutes for our watered down sodas to arrive. Said hed be right back to take our order... 20 minutes he finally came to take our order... Got worse...after 10 minutes he comes back to inform us the kitchen was out of hamburger buns and offered to make our burgers on texas toast.. :/ Are u kidding me...!! A burger place that runs out of buns!! THIS Tells me the problem wasnt the waiter but extends to the management.. We opted out on the wonder-bread burger... We decided instead to leave and had a really awesome burger and spectacular service ( from Joann) at Republic of Texas just across the the river!

While travelling for business to San Antonio I had the pleasure of eating here during the 7the game of the Cubs / Indians World Series 2016. We arrived during the game and only had a short wait of less than five minutes for a table for 2, which greatly surprised me because this is a sports bar. Our waitress was prompt and very helpful on menu information. I had the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwhich and substituted French fries instead of the regular potato chips. The sandwhich had real roasted turkey, lots of delicious avocado, and three full slices of bacon. It was excellent and I would most certainly get it again. My friend had the pulled pork sandwhich and said it was good but similar to other pulled pork sandwiches shes had in San Antonio. This restaurant had very fresh food and I can highly recommend it.

1. Drink menu: poor. Either my server didnt know what beers they were serving, or they seriously only serve one local brew, and its an IPA. When I ask for the available beers, I really dont need to know you have Bud Lite and company... 2. Burger was fine. Nothing spectacular but nothing wrong with it. Not too expensive to make me question my choice. 3. Server attentiveness was good. Unfortunately I was on the phone most of the time so my server was constantly interrupting me when asking how everything was, but thats my fault. Overall, I dont mind that level of service. Overall, 3 stars since the burger was forgettable.

Ive been here several times, and it never disappoints. I try to make it after 9 to take advantage of the happy hour. A lot of the appetizers are $5, and there are decent drink specials. EDIT: i had to lower the rating bit because my last 3 visits here were bad. The food is still very good. The bad is that this restaurant is understaffed, overworked, and disorganized. Even on a slow night we had to wait over an hour for our food. Its a mess. I would say it was bad luck, but 3 times with the same experience of being served cold food 1 hour after it has been ordered is ridiculous.

Well, lets just say that I wouldnt go after 930pm. We sat down bc it was empty, thought we would get served. 2 other tables were there too. It took 30 mins for the waiter to take our food order. Another 35 mins later food still not out. Neither of the other 2 tables had food either. Not sure if the food ever came out because I left. And another table left as well. I am one to understand things happen, but knowing this was a college football weekend and holiday weekend, the place should have been ready for guests, that is if they wanted the business.
