Well I live in alamo ranch so the first time I had bad service I wrote it off, the lady upon me ordering a 20 piece was very rude and threw my credit card at me. After that we had not returned in months.. we went last Thursday 18 August and when I ordered two kids meals I was told they were out of fruit punch so I said well I will get chocolate milk but I feel since I am not at fault I should not have to pay the extra $.54 due to the store running out of drinks. The manager male when I got to the window was rude comp ed a $1.00 coupon and threw my card at me.. saying I already took it off.. I was basically disrespected and paid.$.08 for there mistake got no straws and they forgot napkins and sauces.. to top the fries were cold.. I definately will not go back.. annd seriously if I were you mcdonalds, sonic, arbys, bill millera and soon carl jrs are across the way.. go get treated with the respect you deserve and you will get better quality food!

Our food took 20 minutes with 1 couple ahead of us. The place was very dirty. Food, spilt drinks, and trash all over the floor, tables, and chairs. One lady behind the counter was working to try and make it right. She took orders, tried to get the food going, and tried to start cleaning; however, when customers came in she had to stop cleaning and wait on them while the manager and one other employee sat in the managers office laughing. One lady was working the drive through while the fifth employee did nothing unless told to. Then I had to argue with the manager when I told her we did not get all of our order. She said I already have it to you and I had to show her that no she did not. New management is badly needed her. Now one hour after eating I have not left the restroom. DONT go here unless you need a good colon cleansing!!!

FOOD POISONING TAKES 24 HRS Every resturant has its ups and downs but I will tell you that this Burger King does pride itself on following procedures, so if it takes a little longer than usual customers are ordering food for a family or for their co-workers, or the crew makes a mistake on your order and you ordered 6 burgers all made different, we are human too, and make mistakes, it happens, so for any customer to state that they got food poisoning off of that specific place, doesnt understand how food poisoning works, it takes 24 hrs to have effects from food poisoning, so did you think about what you had to eat yesterday, at home, or all the other places, or that you picked up a virus off of a door knob or elevator button and then ate without washing your hands all day long.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I lived on and practically grew up base my entire life. I know its not base but they should have the same accountability as any other BK restaurant. I have had incidents when the broiler was down and you can only get fried foods and the opposite when you can only get burgers. I dont get how it takes so long when two cars are in the drive thru and the food taste like like its been cooked for hours. Its not even fresh. This place is horrible. Kids are nice and courteous but customer service sucks. Now my go to place is In and Out. But I have always liked the way they Burger King have made their burgers. But its too far to drive to another one. Close this place down or revamp it. Hate it.

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. We live 5 minutes away and this is the closest BK to us. We have given this place a shot 6 times already! Each and every time giving it the benefit of the doubt. The first 5 times its that they dont have Whoppers. They say they ran out of their main meal?? They said they dont serve it past a certain time, then they said they just ran out , then they said their broiler is out. We are NEVER going here again. We are having to driver 15 minutes out because this place is ran by people that dont know what they are doing . Get it together before someone goes to complain to corporate. This place should just be shut down its giving BK a bad reputation.

This is the most awful Burger King that I have ever been to. I went twice in the last 2 weeks. The first one was with my nephew and I ordered the BK Big Fish and it was cooked for too long and in old grease it seems. The taste of the sandwich was almost chemical like. I threw mine away immediately without eating it. The second time I went was for breakfast for me and my kids (4 people total). I reached into the bag and the sausage, egg and cheese croissant was so cold that the cheese was not melted . I turned around and returned all of the food. Disgusting. I dont pay my hard earned money to have cold food. Either enjoy your job or move on.

The location is in DESPERATE need of staff. When I arrived, there were only TWO employees running the entire restaurant. Naturally, orders backed up and drive-thru got priority... this made for a very long frustrating wait inside. There was also an issue when my order was given the same number as someone after me. I felt bad for the employees struggling to do everything alone, and as that isnt their fault, my rating is more generous than I would normally give a place that was properly staffed.

This was the first time Ive tried this location and the customer service was terrible. There was 0 professionalism here. I was greeted at the drive by a "what you want". And before I could finish my order I was cut off by a "are you done, is there anything else I can getchu". They person who rung up my order had to charge my card multiple times because she kept forgetting to add things. I am huge on customer service, and I didnt find that here.

Their food is always hot & fresh & they always seem to get my order right, unlike some other fastfood drive-thrus. I saw another post say that someone got sick after eating here. My wife & I have lived here since this Burger King was built a few years ago. We eat here instead of McDonalds, which is nearby, because the food is so much better tasting & not once have either of us gotten sick after eating their food.

Sitting inside watching how they make food. No gloves, no hair nets, touching clothing then food, Im almost tempted to ask for a refund and walkout, but im hungry. Update: see 2 employees(cooks) with gloves, guess its the shift leader or manager walking round with no gloves or hairnet making food.

How are they still in business? I have been to this Burger King twice this past week. One time they were only accepting cash because their system was down. Another time, they didnt have any sausage for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich (during breakfast hours).
