This place is excellent. I went there as my girlfriends guest to a yelp elite event. Burgerfi didnt know they had a Google Local Guide Contributor in the crowd ;). They had nothing to worry about though because their performance was top notch. The food was superb. Such a great variety of gourmet burgers and fries, desserts and I had the pleasure of sampling all of it. The food tasted wonderful and they have some of the friendliest staff Ive seen in a long time. The décor in this restaurant is elegant with a rustic flare. I love all of the wood work and how they used recycled products for all of the chairs, tables and much more. You definitely feel like you are getting a quality meal. This place definitely fills the value bucket. The prices are right. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Good filling portions. What I like about this restaurant most is that the staff and chefs arent stuck to a set stringent ingredient guideline. What I mean by that is that I feel like they are true foodies that are willing to experiment and try new things if suggestions are made. Having that open mind and love of good tasting quality food and willingness to experiment with new ideas is what makes me know they will be successful and thats what sets them above the rest and gives them the edge on their competition. Keep up the great work, Burgerfi! I will be back. Thanks for providing a wonderful evening for my girlfriend and I. 8/9/16

This is a solid burger joint. The nice polished wooden tables, comfortable seating, high chairs, hanging lights, it has a really nice atmosphere with an outdoor area that has a playground for the kids. This is a fresh change from your other average burger stops. There are not many choices, like In-N-Out, but has the similar feel as Smashburger. I got myself a cheeseburger and I was slightly surprised at how small it was, although after eating through it, I was even more surprised at how filling it was. The burger is juicy, fresh veggies, and even as far as a presentation point of view, looks like a good burger. The herb and parmesan fries are a good choice, and their smallest size can feed two people easily. My only real complaint is that the price for two is higher than one would expect, but the taste is hard to beat.

For a place that is not fast food and specializes in burgers, it was disappointing. The people and service was good enough and having an outdoor seating area with misters is good, the food was lackluster. Burgers will only be cooked medium well or well done, a big turn off for me so I had the NY hot dog. Only yellow mustard was available. Really? Though perfectly cooked, the onion rings had almost no flavor. Using red onions instead of sweet onions would have been much tastier. My friend said In and Out burger was better at roughly half the price. My friend did not finish her burger or her fries. Only the fries were taken home.

I usually get to Burger Fi right before they close because my job closes right before they do. And they probably hate me for it but they dont show it... Theyre always extremely nice, never do they tell me they cant make something or cant do something. I love Burger Fis food, their environment, but most of all, their customer service has to be my favorite thing about this place... Thank you Burger Fi for my late night, after work, too tired to make my own dinner, dinners. You guys/girls are amazing

I know this is pretty close to a sin, but I would choose this place over Whataburger any day! Bring one to New Braunfels please! Youll make great business, and will probably profit wayy more than any other location to be honest. I swear Im not the only one that feels this way, you guys are great. Keep it up!

Good burgers, decent beer, and a play ground for the kids. This is why I return. However, no changing table or even trash can in the mens room and last time I was here the trash was over flowing, mens toilet clogged, and a crazy long wait for our food. This isnt usually the case though and Ill be back.

My 8yr olds firstie & for a kid who only would eat Whataburger...Truy says its his "new #1 burger place"! I never thought I would say this but you can literally taste the "awesomeness of the quality meat”! Love the beverage fountain choices by Coca Cola...tons of non carbonated options!

I love BurgerFi, and this location is my favorite by far! The food is fresh and better than most boutique burger restaurants. Service is prompt and courteous and the team as a whole work cohesively and create a welcoming, service oriented environment! Would 100% recommend!

Nice place and great menu. I had the limited edition cheese melt and the garlic parmesan aioli fries. Very filling, however the meat of the burger lacked some flavor.

A tad expensive for the portion sizes but the portion sizes are perfect for the amount of food I eat. I highly recommend the parmesan fries.
