Been here a few times. Usually for large groups of 20 or so. I like veggies with my burgers so broccoli as a side is great. All burger places should have avocado and Red Robin has it. Really liked my fresh jalapenos instead of pickled. Our table was served promptly and order was accurate. Manager came by and was visible during our visit. We had 2 complaints though, the 2 hostesses looked us in the eye and then went back to their conversation. After a moment we cleared our throats to which we were finally greeted and told wed be helped in a moment. And the used grease storage must be about to overflow the reek of the putrifying grease , not joking almost lost my appetite and this was in the open air of the parking lot.

It pains me to rate this place so low because my family and I like coming here. However, this is the second time in probably the last 3 times weve been here (not necessarily same red robin) where a table seated AFTER US got waited on before us and my family and I sat long enough to know what we wanted by the time we got greeted and drink order taken. I dont think we look like a-holes (and certainly dont act like it) to receive this kind of service. However, we came here because my son, whos 13th birthday it was, wanted to eat here fire his special day. Will think twice next time before making this establishment an option. No silverware given when we sat down but food was good though.

So we went here to celebrate my sons 5th birthday the wait staff was great maybe too great. My husband ordered fish and chips but right when he started eating he became ill he got maybe 1 bite out of his food and then asked for a to go plate I finished up and then paid . We walked out forgetting our full to go plate on the table and once buckled up realized we forgot our plate walked back in and it was already thrown out I told the manger and all he offered was some fries to go.... Really the bus boy threw out a full plate and all your offering is fries. Yeah its not your problem but 1 min and the food was thrown out $65 later and my husband never got to enjoy his food never again!!

Fantastic, as always, but even better than the usual. Today, we didnt have a ton of time to eat. Our server (whom I thought was named "Austin" but I guess was named "Dalton" according to the receipt) was more than helpful in getting our orders in right away (and we hadnt even told him we were in a hurry, we simply gave him our full order with our drink order). Our drinks were always full, our needs were always met, he was simply fantastic, charming, funny, and even convinced us to get a little dessert, too. We tipped him $15 on a $48 and I wrote a note on his receipt because, well, I HAD TO. I hope it made his day the way he made ours.

Service was good, not a problem there. I really thought their burgers were going to be awesome. I was so disappointed. I had the Burnin love burger. The meat tasted like it was frozen not fresh. They claim to have gourmet burgers, but this was far from it. It had very little flavor. Nothing spectacular or gourmet about it. Fries were the standard steak fries you get anywhere. On the menu they claim to be picky about their potatoes. I find that hard to believe. Ive had the same fries at many restaurants. Again, nothing spectacular. Oh well

My overall experience was very well but honestly what I enjoyed most was a particular hostess , she not only opened the door for me and my husband when she walked in but when she sat us down she was very polite and interactive and she was just overall extremely pleasant , she was one of the reasons me and my families meal was wonderful from start and our lovely server Kat who finished it. I believe the hostess name was Taylor or Tyler but all I know is that she is a very delightful young lady

Since when did the burgers get so small?! What happend to the wowing jaw droping burgers? I used to have to ask for my raging cajun to be cut in half. I was not able to hold such a huge burger! Fresh jalapenos? No more pickled jalapenos? And the most important, what happend to the fast service? Now we gotta wait 27 min for my food. This place is nothing to what it was in 2009!!!!! I will never come back red robin has changed completely!!! Manager? Where? Couldnt even tell who he was?

I gave this place three tries to redeem itself. First time employees walked by our table complaining the customers didnt leave tips followed by snarky offensive comments. The manager is there but absent with the amount of slack that must be picked up. The final time we tried this place we learned that the word bottomles means that the next side serving will come 5 minutes before you leave! I have no idea if thats on purpose. Food is good otherwise burger rating 7 out of 10

Has good burgers and a chicken sandwich that is great. Plus, they come with bottomless steak fries. I recommend everyone get the onion ring tower appetizer, as its interesting to see the first time and they are delicious. Atmosphere and service are fine. Having moved here from Pennsylvania, Im a little saddened to see this location doesnt have a Philly cheesesteak on their menu, but what can you do?

Ive been here for the first time and I am satisfied with my visit. The guacamole with the salsa was very tasty and the chips were thick and crunchy. I ordered wraps with sweet potatoe fries. Very delicious. Fries were all you can eat. Unfortunately, my margarita was too small. The restaurant reminds me a little bit of McDonalds or a game center. The machines at the entrance are too much.

Been to several red robins and this experience was the worst. Dont get me wrong the service was good, but the food wasnt. I ended up getting the worst food poisoning of my life. Almost ended up in the ER because I couldnt hold down water. This happened this Sunday and thanks to it Im sick on my birthday and had to cancel my birthday party. I suggest going to a different Red Robins.

I frequent this location for the staff and food. There can be a wait if youre planning on going for dinner (especially on the weekends). Ill generally get myself a nice bacon cheeseburger with a freckled lemonade to drink. Ive only had a single instance of needing to take my food back, however the staff was quick to help me out. Definitely recommend it if youre in the area.

Food was great and has been lately. Im not sure if management changed but Ive noticed an improvement in the quality of the food over the past few months. I love their BBQ sauce and usually get a burger or chicken with that in it. Service is usually quick if not always the most friendly. The past few servers have seemed tired and worn out but were always kind enough.

Red Robin at the Forum has turn into a cheap rip off joint. Soup was not only half the size it use to be, but too salty to eat. Side salads was literally less than half of what is use to be. How cheap can you get when you need to cut the portion size of soup and salads and still charge the same price? This is not an employee problem, this management gone MAD!!!
